Raven and Dexter

Raven Queen was awake at 3 AM in the morning.

She tossed and turned and tried everything.

But why couldn't she sleep?

Raven sat up and looked across the room to her roommate Apple White, who was fast asleep.

"She's so lucky." Raven thought.

She got up and looked out the window.

She noticed the secret things that go on at night.

She noticed Cerise walking across the courtyard and towards a figure.

"What is she doing so late at night?" She thought. "Is she going to meet someone?"

Raven noticed that the figure Cerise was talking to looked very familiar, with the blond hair and royal apparel.

"Wait is that-" Raven thought but as she began to think it, she yawned.

"Wait, what was I thinking about?" She thought.

She groaned. Raven wasn't going to sleep anytime soon.

She decided, despite it being way past curfew, to explore the school at night.

She put on a pair of flats and walked out.

She noticed that the hallways were a bit dark and very quiet.

But not that it scared her. After all, she was the Evil Queen's daughter.

She eventually got to entrance to the huge Terrance where she liked to watch the sunset.

She noticed that the full moon was big and bright here.

She sat on the bench and watched it.

"The moon looks so nice tonight." She said out loud to herself.

"It does doesn't it?" A voice said behind her.

Raven jumped a little and turned around.
She didn't think anyone would be awake. Luckily it was someone she knew very well.

"Dexter! Hey!" Raven said happily.

"Raven! I-I didn't think y-you were the one who, ugh said that. Hehe..."

Raven loved when he acted all dorky and shy around her.

Raven chuckled. "Its ok. I told you, we're dating now. You don't have to act all shy around me. Even though I think it's pretty cute."

Dexter blushed And let out out a small chuckle. "Right...we're dating..I keep thinking it's a dream. "

He sat next to her. "Its just...it feels kinds odd, you know? The girl you had a crush since forever, finally likes you back, and we're now dating? It feels Like a dream come true."

Raven gave him a small smile. "You're so corny, it's romantic. But what are you doing awake so late?"

"I had to do this assignment for Hero Training. I hope I get a good grade in it. "

"I am sure you will get a hexcellent grade on it."

"Thanks Rae. But what are you doing up so late hm?"

Raven sighed. "I couldn't sleep." Then she started to run her fingers across Dexter' s arm.

"Oh."

"Yea.."

"Do you want me to sleep with you? "

Raven smacked his arm. "Dexter Charming! I didn't think you were that mischievous! "

Dexter, realizing what Raven meant, shook his head wildly and blushing.
"No...no! Not in that sense! I meant just actual sleep. On a bed. Together. With our clothes on. "

Raven gave a slight blush and a small laugh.

"I would like that actually."

Then they got up and walked back to Raven's dorm.

"Sh..Apple's sleeping." Raven whispers.
Dexter nods.

Raven slowly opens the door and the couple enters.

Raven lays down in her bed and Dexter joins her.

"This feels a bit weird.. "He whispers.

Raven's face falls. "You don't have to stay if yo-"

"But I like it. "

Raven smiles and quickly Kisses Dexter's lips.

And they stayed in each other's embrace for a while, or until they fell asleep.

I find these two super cute.
I had fun writing this and gave myself a bunch of feels.
And did anyone notice that very small mention of Darise? ;)

Apple White woke up to the nice sunshine coming from her window.

She sighed in happiness. "Today is going to be a great-"

Then she noticed the two figures in Raven's bed.

"OH MY GRIMN RAVEN! DO NOT TELL ME THAT IS A BOY ON YOUR BED!"
