It's not just a hole. It's a bear trap. The wolf runs away. I try to stand up, but i can't. I think i broke my leg. I still have to get out of here. I hear a horse running.
Alex:Christina?
Christina:I'm here
The horse stops and Alex's shows up from the edge.
Christina:Get me out of here
Alex:Can you stand up?
Christina:No, i think my leg is broken
Alex:Ok, i'll get you out of here
His head dissapears from the edge. After few seconds he reapears and gives me one end of the rope.
Alex:Wrap it around your waist
Christina:Ok
I wrap the rope around my waist.
Christina:It's done
Alex:Now i'll pull you up
It takes him few minutes to pull me up, but he did it. He pulls me out and holds me by my waist with one hand and takes the rope off with another. He is so close to me. I can feel his hot breath on my lips as he is looking straight into my eyes. I look into his eyes too. I think i have just realized how beautiful his eyes are. I feel a very strong urge to kiss him. But then all the things i have evet thought about him comes back to my mind. I push myself away from him.
Alex:Come, i'll put you on my horse and we'll hed back
Christina:And why would i be going with you?
Alex:Your leg is broken
Christina:Wich is your fault
Alex:How so?
Christina:If you haven't followed me that stupid wolf wouldn't chase me
Alex:So the wolf is my fault now?
Christina:Yes
Alex:Well, then get home however you want to
Christina:Fine
He gets on his horse and leaves. I stand there watching him leave. Great, where should i go now? Idk this part of the forest. My parents never allowed me to come here. Because here are wild animals. I guess i'll try to go back the same way i got here. I start walking wich is hard because of my leg.
Fewe minutes later
Alex's POV
I left Christina there because i got mad at her for blaming me. Lit it would be my fault.
Alex:Did i made the wolf appear?
Alex:No
Alex:Then what are you blaming me for?
I don't even want to be around her. I'm forced to be. I'm forced to make her like me. Infact i have to go back to her. Even if i don't want to. By now i'm back to the place where we parted.
Alex:Of course, she's not here anymore
I mean why would she be? I left her here alone. She must be trying to go back the same way, but this forest is confusing. I go there too. I don't get to go too far as i can here her scream.
Christina:AGH!!!
I run in the direction of the scream.
Christina's POV
Christina:AGH!!!
I scream as i fall because i tripped over a fallen tree. I try to get up, but i can't.
Christina:Ugh, stupid tree
Right now i wish i wouldn't have said what i said to Alex. I'm so stupid. Why did i say that?
Alex:Need a hand?
Says Alex who i didn't excpect at all. I don't say anything.
Alex:Come here
He picks me up and holds me by my waist again. I'm too ashamed to look into his eyes so, i avoid him. He grabs my chin softly and makes me look at him.
Alex:Lets get you home
He says almost like a whisper. I nod. He puts me up on the horse and we start walking in silence. But not a awkward one. A comfortable one instead.
