Callum and Soren walked down the stairs, failing to hide their lingering sleepiness.
"So... I guess we could go to the gym after?" Soren asked, hands in his hoodie. Callum yawned, looking up at him.
"Yeah, it's been a while since I had a good workout." Callum said as they entered the dining hall. It was pretty much dead this morning. Only a couple of early birds up doing their unfinished homework because they were partying the night away. Not his problem.
"Shall we eat?" Soren asked. Callum picked up a tray.
"We shall!" He said, going to grab some breakfast.
"So I've been thinking about your type." Soren said as they got to the smoothie bar.
"Not this." Callum groaned, eyes scanning the menu.
"Hi, I would like a merry berry smoothie please." Soren ordered, leaning over the counter. He stopped and looked at Callum, smirking slightly.
"I think your type is white hair, purple eyes!" He said, cracking up.
Callum snorted. "If that wasn't obvious enough already." Soren grabbed his smoothie, it was bloody red.
"Your turn." He said.
"Banana." He mumbled. Soren laughed,
"I'm just saying, this girl is pretty special." He said. Callum shrugged.
"Which one?" He asked, grabbing a yellow smoothie off the counter.
"I will bet my bottom dollar I'm not talking about that brunette." Soren said. Callum smiled and they took off to get waffles. He piled three on his plate and covered it in maple syrup.
"What's wrong with Katie?" He asked. Soren made a face.
"That name is so basic." Soren mumbled, loud enough for Callum to hear. (Sorry if your name is Katie I actually think it's beautiful)
"What's so basic about it?!" Callum asked defensively. They both got a table and slouched down.
"It's just not like Rayla. Rayla. Rayla. Rayla. See? It just rolls of the tongue so nicely." He said dreamily.
"Don't you dare." Callum said through gritted teeth.
"Meh, I'm more into..... guys." He said, making Callum choke on his smoothie.
