"Do you think it's just because you're thinking too much about moving in with him?" Amity asked, picking up a white sweater and pressing it against her body. She hesitated, then put it in her basket.
"Or maybe it's just that I've been dating him for too long." Rayla pointed out, eyes glued to a green sweater. Amity snorted and grabbed Rayla's hand.
"If you want to break up, then break up!" She said, rubbing Rayla's hand. Rayla looked away, tears welling in her eyes.
"It's just-," she said voice cracking.
"What?"
"I will never be able to move in with a Nick when..... the only person I'll ever be with is..." she said quietly.
"Who?" Amity asked, clearly interested.
"Callum." Rayla mumbled.
"Who?!" Amity asked.
"A boy.... I met once." Rayla said turning away, one arm holding the side of her other arm.
"Where?" Amity asked, grabbing a white shirt.
"On a cruise, six years ago." Rayla mumbled.
"So contact him!" Amity said. Rayla looked at her, her face broken with hurt.

Rayla looked down.
"I never got it." She mumbled.
"So try Pinterest? insta? TikTok? snap? Twitter?" She suggested. Rayla looked up, slowly smiling.
"I never thought about that." She said. Amity broke into a smile.
"This'll be like Only you! Oh! Or Serendipity! I love those movies......." She fawned, as Rayla just shook her head and went to the counter to pay
