"Y'know, maybe it's just the prices going up, but jeez! 400 dollars at Aritzia!" Amity exclaimed, poking at her ice-cream. It was much too cold outside for this frozen treat, but they felt like it.
"I've never felt so broke." Rayla groaned, eyes still scanning her long bill. She was still in disbelief in how much she's spent. Amity put her spoon down and fixed her purple hair.
"So....." she started. Rayla looked up and smirked.
"Do you have something to spill?" She asked. Amity bit her lip.
"I... met someone online." She mumbled, rayla slapped her bill down and grabbed Amity's face exitedly.
"WHO?!" She asked, shaking her in excitement.
"Y'know how they have that thing on discord where your start randomly talking to a random stranger, and the rules are you're not allowed to share personal information about yourself?" She asked. Rayla smiled and nodded.
"Well, i met this girl, we instantly hit it off, and well... i got out of her that she lives in Australia!" She said. Rayla's face dropped.
"Callum lives in Australia." She said. Amity groaned.
'Why must they live in Australia!" She grumbled.
"I know! It's like 22 hours from here!" Rayla said. Amity giggled and playfully shoved Rayla.
"What's here name?" She asked.
"All i know is that her name is Luz." Amity said. Rayla giggled like a school girl and bombarded her with thousands of questions.
