Chapter 16

2 weeks later
It was lunch time and I was by my locker packing in my books.

"Guess who?", someone said as there hands went over my eyes.

"I hate this game"

He chuckled, "guess"

"I know who it is obviously, Aiden"

"No", he said and I turned to face him.

"Your no fun", he pouted.

"Well I know your voice so...", I shrugged.

"Whatever, anyways I thought that maybe you could do me a favor"

"What is it?"

"Tutor me"

"Why?"

"Why do people get tutored?"

"Because they need help with a class, which is why I asked, why? You don't even care about school"

"Yeah I do, and plus I had to think of a reason to get you alone with me"

I blushed at that, "I-"

"Hey guys", Hannah came up putting her arms around us.
"I sense tension. C'mon talk to mama"

"My place, alright", Aiden said and walked off.

"What was that about? Please don't let it be what I think it is"

"I'm just tutoring him"

"Oh ok. So just studying?"

"Yeah"

"Aiden doesn't study, something's going to happen I can smell it"

"You have very neat senses, lets go", I said closing my locker and putting an arm around her shoulder, leading us to the cafeteria.

Jayden's P.O.V
School was over and I was waiting on Malia in the parking lot.

When I saw her walking my way, a smile crept up on my face.

Malia and I have been getting really close recently and I'm planning on asking her to be my girlfriend.

"Hey boo", she came and kissed my cheek.

"Hey"

"What's up"

"I thought we could hang out today"

"Okay", she smiled.

I led her in the car and then got in the driver's side.

"So where to?", she asked.

"Its a surprise"

Half an hour later we arrived at an open field with high grass.

We got out of the car and I held her hand, walking until we stood infront of a hot air balloon.

"What the heck!", she exclaimed.

"What? Are you afraid of heights?", I asked starting to get worried.

"No this is awesome, but you didn't have to do all of this for me. This must've cost so much"

"Well my parents kind of helped me rent it"

"Hey mates", An Australian man said.

"Hi, I'm Jayden Jones"

"Right", he clapped his hands together and opened the doorway.
"Climb in"

We got in and minutes later we started to ascend in the air.

"This is so cool", Malia said when we were a good distance off the ground.
"Thank you", she said looking at me.

"The pleasures mine"

That's if things go my way.

We've been floating in the sky for about ten minutes enjoying the view.

I can't stop thinking about how I'm gonna ask her. I'm nervous, my palms are sweaty, okay I just have to go for it.

I open my mouth but nothing comes out.

And Malia notices, "are you okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine", I sighed.
"Uh, actually I wanted to ask you soemthing"

"Okay", she answered turning her body to face me.

"Okay, Will you uh...will you...", she started smiling.

"Yes, I will be your girlfriend"

I sighed a breath of relief.

"Your cute when your nervous", she poked me.

"Shut up", I replied putting my arms around her and we looked at the view of the city.

Couple minutes later we land and got out, then walked back to my car.

"Did you have fun?", I asked her when we got inside.

"Yes, I got a boyfriend"

I chuckled.
"And I got a girlfriend"

Madison's P.O.V
After school I met Aiden in the parking lot and we got into his car.

"You want some music", he asked when we started to drive.

"Yasss"

I found out that Aiden and I have one thing in common, he likes old twenties music as much as I do.

We sang at the top of our lungs jamming to DJ got us falling in love by Usher.

"So dance, dance like it's the", I sang.

"Last, last night of your", Aiden continued.

"Life, life gonna get you right"

"Cause baby tonight!", we both sang.

"The DJ got us falling in love again!"

10 minutes later we arrived at the house.

"Okay so first things first, we need to have a serious conversation", Aiden said stopping at the door.

"About what?"

"Your singing skills, I was thinking maybe we could get you some lessons", he said doing hand motions.

"Shut up", I laughed playfully punching his arm.

"Ow", he faked rubbing the spot.

When we went inside and we were stopped short by a horrific sight.

"Oh no", I said.
