Chapter 13 Princess Lilian Twilis Alans-Gehna

Hello everyone finals are done and I'm free for a bit. We've set up enough plot points for the future so let's get back to focusing on Lily.

"Lily get get up. Get up getupgetupgetul GET UP!" I was awoken by an unusually frantic voice

*yaaaawn* "what's the problem Sophie it's early in the morning."

"Lily it's your 6th Birthday. We gotta get you ready for your baptism." She said frantically

Oh right today was my birthday. Gotta get up but still sleepy.

"*yaaaaaawn. Ok Sophie I'm getting up." I pulled myself out of bed as my platinum blonde hair tumbled down to my knees. Now that I thought about it I never kept it very long in my past life but this time I guess I could let it grow... I kinda like how fluffy it feels.

"We need to get you dressed up Lily." Sophie was acting very frantic today. I guess she's just nervous since we'd be moving back into the palace today as well.

"Hey Sophie... why are you so worked up over what I wear. I'm gonna have to change anyways so I'll only be wearing these clothes for like an hour. Let's just go with something simple and easy to remove." I told her hoping it would calm her down and save us both time.

"But my lady I-"

"She's right you know dear Sophie." Charlene entered and agreed with me. Thank heavens.

"Good morning Charlene."
"Good morning Miss Charlene" Sophie and I said simultaneously.

"Good morning girls. I just came in to ask you a question princess what color ribbon would you like to wear?" She had an assortment of colors.

"Hmmmmmm I think black will be fine." I said nonchalantly

"Very well then my lady." She then left to prepare breakfast.

Ahhhh these two. Over the past 3 years I grew quite close to Sophie considering her to be a big sister similar to how I viewed Lisia in my previous life, let's just hope I don't reincarnate again as Sophie's daughter.

It was surprisingly despite having all the memories from the past I never really acted like or thought of myself as Excella much anymore. I didn't lock it away but I made my decision after leaving my grave I would live as Lilian keeping only my old Hat as a memento to my past life.

I still remember that conversation I had with my parents after the dust settled and we first moved into the cabin.

"Lisia, Caius, I need to speak with you about something important... as Excella." I said trying to sound serious or as serious as a 3 year old could sound

Mother had a worried look on her face. She was still struggling to process that her closest ally died and was reborn as her daughter meanwhile dad had a more stone faced look but his eyes shown with deep buried sadness. He was the one who killed me after all.

"Lisia, Caius. I believe it is time we discuss how we will move forward. I was once your enemy afterall." I said

"Excella..." Mother wanted to speak up but stopped herself.

"That is why I have made the decision." I paused to gather my words while seeing the worry on my parents faces.

"From this day forward I will no longer be Excella. I will only live as your daughter Lilian.."

"Ah Lily are you sure? It seems hard to just ignore your past life." Father spoke up

"Yes I am sure. We're family now so I'd like to start fresh so to speak... is that ok mama and papa?" I asked
