While the "special 4" were hanging out with Matthias and his family, the FBI were looking into past investigations of the Fisherman.

Agent Tom Lang was having a conversation with his supervisor about the issue with his Junior Agent, when Agent Moore entered the conference room with folders in his hands.

"Sir, the files you requested are here" Agent Moore said.

Agent Lang was going to find what two of the four were hiding.

Because from what he had gathered from the small interrogation, Jack and his friend Patrick Jones had gone into Witness Protection due to the involvement of parents and where they had been kidnapped from.

Lang took the files from his partner.

As soon as he looked at them, he growled.

These were updated files from the FBI New York Branch.

They were files that they already had but just updated.

Then he noticed something interesting.

Jack Thomas and Patrick Jones Records were no longer sealed.

However Lexi's and Woodland's for some odd reason were still sealed.

Lexi and Woods were hiding something. Something that, he squinted at a name that was signed at the bottom of each of the files.

According to the files, there was only one New York Police Detective assigned to The Fisherman case, but  he was more involved with an extended case surrounding Finn and Demars.

"Moore get me on the phone with Former Detective John Miller of the NYPD" Lang ordered.

Finally, he thought, he was getting somewhere.

15 minutes later, Lang was on the phone with John Miller and he wasn't getting anywhere.

" Agent Lang, I can't tell you what are in those records, they are still locked for a reason.  Woods and Lexi when they finally returned home, told the FBI Agent in charge at the time and myself  what happened to them.  The Finns don't know the full story of what happened to their only daughter. Woody, poor boy, hadn't even told his parents what exactly happened."

"What about their other son, Marcus Demars?"

"Who?"

This was getting ridiculous.

"Marcus Demars. Does he know-"

" Agent Lang, the Demars, bless their souls only had one son. The other boy disappeared one day and no one was able to find him. Now if  you have anymore questions about Jack Thomas and Patrick Jones, I will answer them. Like I said the Finn and Demars Records are locked and they are locked tight."

That's where his phone call ended.

But then something clicked. Something that the former Detective had said.

He quickly logged on to the conference room computer. He opened GOOGLE, and in the search box, he entered only one name.

2 articles stood out to him.

An article from a court trial.

The second one with a titled "Testimonies from 2009, found Falsified"

Both Demars and his silly best friend, were liars.

Lang picked up his phone and dialed a number.

"Get me the number of Lexi Finn's mother, now. Then put out an APB on Finn and Demars. They are wanted for questioning"

Lang hung up his FBI Phone.

He would have his answers.

What he didn't know was there was still a mole in the FBI.

Also in order to have his answers, he would need to go all the back to the beginning of the Fisherman's ( A man they still didn't know the real name of) history.

Agent Lang was not just opening a giant can of worms with a can opener at the ready, but he was opening it with explosives.

He was about to wish he had listen to Detective John Miller, because he was about to not only get himself into loads of trouble, but 4 people that were just trying to leave their past in the past.
