It was now December.

Marky Demars' trial was scheduled a week before Christmas.

**********************************************************************************

When the FBI tried to arrest Marky Demars thinking he was Marcus, Woods went nuts.

His friends watched as Woods quickly explained the situation. The FBI didn't buy it but Woods demanded to wait for the police.

When the police arrived, Woods once again explained the situation.

The LAPD listened and they listened very carefully.

Marky was released into Woods custody under house arrest until a court date could be scheduled.

However, Marky was still taken downtown for questioning.

People were still missing.

It turned out what Marcus had told Woods and his friends was true. Alexis, Jack and Patrick were still missing. But thanks to two Philly Police Detectives they knew where they were.

When Woods had been told where they were. Woods froze.

"You are never going to get them out. The Fisherman owns a lot of Compounds in California, and Maxwell owns two of them" Woods told the police with tears in his eyes.

Woods was allowed to take Marky home. While driving home, Woods called his Aunt.

"Aunt Jean, Marky's back and I'm ok"

Woods Aunt yelled at her nephew while he drove. It took him an hour to calm her down.

******December One Week Before Christmas, Trial Results******

Marky Demars was sentenced to 5 years in a psychiatric hospital for his dual personality and the previous life sentence was dropped due to the new information from a doctor.

Woods agreed to that and so did Marky.

This time, there were no threats as Woods watched his older brother leave in the Doctor's custody.

Woods was happy. Though his parents were still dead and his friends were still missing, Woods was happy. Woods was happy because he had one of his best friends who he had thought dead, back.

His Aunt who had met Marky when Marky was 14 was also happy to have him back.
