"Woody, Marcus, he has been released from prison!"

She had to hold the phone away from  her ear when she heard

"WHAT!"

She knew he had heard what she had said but she repeated what she said.

"I said Marcus has been released from prison"

All Lexi heard on the other end was Woods breathing hard.

"Woody are you ok?"

Nothing until.....

"What do I do?"

It was whispered so low that she almost didn't hear what he had said.

"Tell Matt and only Matt what is going on until I get there" she said

She told a few other things and hung up the phone.

Now the main question was

How in the World was she going to get to LA?

Then she remembered.

As a birthday gift her mother and father told her that she could visit Woodland, and stay with him for a few days and that all she needed to do was call them.

She hadn't used it yet. There had been no need yet until now.

She call her mother.

"Hey mom"

"Hey Lex"

"I need to use that birthday present that you promised me."

"Why?"

Lexi stared at her phone.

Her mom had asked the question she didn't want to answer and she had to.

" Woods called me to see if I could stay the week with him"

"A week?"

"Yes Mom a week. Is that ok?"

"Fine but call me if you need to come back earlier"

" Thanks Mom"

Well that went better than she thought it would.

She called Woods back. She told him the good news and in return he had told her that Matt needed to know more and that he wasn't happy with Woods at the moment.

"Tell Matt that I will talk to him when I get to LA"

"Will do Lex"

They said their good byes and she hung up the phone.

She looked up the next available flight to LA.

The next flight was in six hours.

She called her mother back with information.

Her mother told her just to get to the airport and go to the check in desk and that they would have her ticket waiting for her.

She thanked her mother and hung up.

She packed quick and light.

She posted a quick video telling her fans that there would be no new uploads for the rest of the week.

What she didn't know was that before she even thought to call Woods to give him a heads up about Marcus, Marcus had left a message for her three days earlier and she didn't even see it.

She would find out later that her warning to Woods came almost too late.
