A month before the mess at Hi5 Studios, the lawyer of Marcus Xavier had discovered something important.
The Murder that his client was jailed for had no evidence! There wasn't a finger print on file and the murder weapon was missing. There was no proof that his client was guilty at all. His client had been wrongfully in prisoned for 9 years for something he didn't do.
This made no sense. There were two witnesses!
He called a judge. A judge that the lawyer didn't know was on Marcus's father's payroll. The Lawyer hated his client and new that he was a bad man. He had been against Marcus since the beginning of his trial.
But with the lack of evidence he had been forced to have his client released.
By the end of the month Marcus was released from prison.
Marcus was given back his belongings which included his cellphone.
The first person he called was his 24 year old ex-girlfriend and gave her a heads up on what his plans were.
She would soon learn why he was out and what had happened from Detective John Miller and the FBI.
It would take Lexi a few days bring herself out of her shock to call Woods and by then he planned on being in California.
The second person he called was his Uncle.
His Uncle Max had been living in New York since his nephew's arrest.
Marcus would use the private plane to get to California.
From the plane he would plan his revenge.
What he hadn't known was that his Uncle was living in New York for a whole different reason.
His Uncle for the last 9 years was spying on Lexi Finn. He was looking for the right moment to kidnap her for his brother and his revenge scheme.
His plan would later be scrapped due to the break in at Hi5.
