James saw his sister talking to his crush, he know she is friends with her, but he still feel like she is going to say something to her.
"Why does Y/N have to be friends with Lily?" James asked the marauders
"Because they get along." Remus spoke
"I overheard them talking last year and I'm pretty sure that Lily said she liked you." Sirius spoke
"Wait, really?!" James asked shocked
"Nope, we just wanted to see your reaction if it was true. It would be so funny if you just walked up to her and asked her out, but your too scared to do so." Peter spoke. Sirius, Peter and Remus started laughing at James' annoyed look on his face.
James glared at his friends annoyed as they continued to walk towards the common room. Y/N and Lily were showing the first years their dorms and where to put away all of their belongings that had already been brought up for them. Once they were finished, they joined James and the boys in the common room. "So what do you guys want to do?" James asked
"How about 'Truth or Dare'?" Y/N suggested and they all agreed with it.
"Y/N, truth or dare?" Lily asked
"Truth." Y/N replied
"Have you ever vaped?" Lily asked
"Yeah, I have." Y/N replied and James looked at her shocked
"When?" James asked looking at his sister
"Every summer since third year, and sometimes here at Hogwarts if there is no one around to see me." Y/N replied
"Seriously?" James asked
"Yep." Y/N replied with a smile
"My turn, James truth or dare?" Peter asked
"Dare." James spoke
"I dare you to..." Peter spoke but then Sirius butted in
"To kiss your crush." Sirius spoke with a giggle
James looked at Sirius annoyed but since they all knew James would always go through with dares he had to do kiss Lily. He stood up and made his way to where Lily was sitting. James lifted Lily's chin and kissed her. Once James pulled away he sat back in his seat with the boys and Y/N looking shocked at James for actually going through with it. "I'm going to bed, night." Lily spoke standing up and leaving the room in shock.
"I'm going to bed as well." Y/N spoke then followed Lily up to their dorm. Since they shared a dorm room. "I can't believe you went through with it." Remus spoke laughing
"Pay up Peter." Sirius spoke putting his hand out
"Fine." Peter spoke giving him 10 galleons
"You bet on it?" James asked
"Of course they did. They've had the bet that you would make the first move ever since you started to have a crush on Lily." Remus spoke
"Yeah, true." James replied
They continued to talk for about an hour and then they eventually got tired. So, they decided to head up to bed.
