I'd rather have genuine love than the love for the body.
I just want to dance in the rain together,
forgetting there was ever anything else to do with our lives.
letting the rain soak through our clothing,
our lips touching over and over,
the water from my hair,
catching your skin.
I just want to,
cuddle while watching a scary movie,
your arms holding me tight every time I scream,
as you hush into my ear saying you'd never let anything happen to my skin.
I just want to,
dance and sing together,
pretending it's only me and you left in the world.
I just want to,
talk about random shit for hours,
never getting bored of one another's voice or laughter.
I want to have the love where,
all that matters is that we have one another,
it's us against the world.
