"I WANT TO tell you that I--"

"Oh? Gising pa kayo?" Vinny said as he walked out of his room.

Nagkatinginan naman kami ni Sandro.

Vinny naman eh.

May sasabihin na si Sandro.

"Yeah... yeah... I was just about to say goodnight to her." Palusot niya.

"I thought magkasama kayo ni Janea?" Vinny asked at pumasok naman siya sa kwarto ko.

"Vinny! Anong ginagawa mo?" Sandro tried to stop him.

Wala naman akong magawa kasi nasa bed ko na siya.

"I can't sleep. Gusto ko kumain." He said.

"Gutom ka na naman?" I asked him.

"Dont! Judge me." He smirked.

Sandro just rolled his eyes.

"Whatever. Just get out of Althea's room. Matutulog na 'yong tao, eh."

"Actually, minsan lang naman tayo sa Cebu, might as well enjoy the city lights."

I opened the curtain at ang buong city ng Cebu agad ang makikita mo.

"Yay!" Vinny exclaimed.

"Ugh. Fine!" Wala naman magawa si Sandro.

"Kaya kumain na lang tayo." Vinny suggested.

Na-excite naman ako.

"What do you want to eat, Althea?" Sandro asked me.

"Ice cream!" Pero si Vinny ang sumagot.

"Althea ka? Althea yung pangalan mo?" I was being sarcastic to him in a funny way.

"Bakit? Ayaw mo ba ng ice cream?" He was pouting.

I rolled my eyes habang natatawa sa kanya.

"Ice cream would be nice." I said to Sandro

"We can order food service." Vinny said.

"Ooh ooh! I'll wake up Simon!" Agad naman tumakbo si Vinny palabas.

Naiwan kami ni Sandro sa kwarto at nakatingin lang sa city lights.

"Ang ganda dito." I said.

I looked at him and he was staring at me.

"Yes. Maganda talaga." He smiled at me.

At ito na naman, lumalakas na naman ang tibok ng puso ko.

I can see he moved slowly in my eyes.

I can see the sparkles around him.

I can feel the butterflies inside my stomach again.

"Althea, what I wanted to tell you kanina--"

Ito na talaga.

He is gonna tell me na...

"Janea is not my girlfriend."

I can feel the butterfly stopped from moving.

"I mean, she's my ex-girlfriend but we are not dating anymore."

Gusto kong matuwa sa sinasabi niya pero I feel so disappointed.

"Ah... hehe.. ganun ba?" I was faking a laugh.

"Yeah... she went home after dinner and I said that we are not gonna get back together again."

I was just giving him a faint smile.

"Because I like someone new now."

He continued.

Natulala naman ako sa mga titig niya.

Gusto kong sumigaw.

Gusto kong magtatatalon sa kilig pero ayaw ko naman mag-assume.

I'm still trying to confirm everything.

Si Simon eh, kay Simon ko unang naramdaman 'yon.

Hindi pwedeng maramdaman ko din kay Sandro.

"Althea... I--"

"We are back!!" Vinny shouted.

"Nag-order na din kami ng ice cream."

"What are we doing?" Simon looked confused.

Nilapitan naman siya ni Sandro.

"We're going all nighters, brother." He said as he put his arms around Simon.

They looked at each other smiling and I can say that okay na sila.

"Oh. Me too. Sali ako." Lumapit naman si Vinny at nakisali sa yakapan.

I candidly took a photo of them.

Remembrance.

The next day, maaga kami nagising para sa conference nila.

Madaming fans pa rin ang pumunta.

They were all thrilled to see the three of them.

Nasa gilid ako ng stage habang nasa likod sila Sandro at nagpe-prepare.

"Sis, nakita mo 'yong post ni Janea? Magkasama sila ni Sandro kagabi." Sabi nung isang organizer.

"Oo, bagay talaga sila. Sana magbalikan na sila."

Sagot naman no'ng isa. Mga marites.

"Althea." I looked around and it was Sandro.

"Yes, Sir? May kailangan po kayo? " I asked him.

He handed me a bottle of water.

"Drink it." He winked at me then left.

Luh. Bawal kiligin Althea.

Pinipigilan ko naman ngumiti at ng tiningnan ko si Sandro he was gazing again.

I turned around kasi alam ko mamumula na ako.

Napansin ko naman na tinitingnan ako ng dalawang organizer at pareho silang nakataas ang kilay sa akin.

Hapon na ng makabalik kami sa Mandaluyong, sa bahay na ako nagpahatid kasi pagod na pagod ako.

Pagbukas ko ng pintuan, Anna was preparing na for work.

"Cuz! You're back. Kamusta--"

Nagulat naman siya ng makita ang tatlo sa likod ko na nakangiti.

"Is this where you live, Althea?" Vinny asked.

"AAGGGGH! SANDRO! SIMON AND VINNY!"

She rans towards him and almost tripped.

Sandro pulled me aside para hindi siya mabangga sa akin.

Nasalo naman siya ni Vinny.

"Are you okay?"

"Hi, Vinny... I am your future wife."

Anna said na pareho naming ikinagulat apat.
