They sat in silence as mark was texting somebody and val was finishing her food.
as she put hers and mark's plates in the dishwasher she turned to look at the boy focused on his phone
she stood next to him and mimicked his stance
they were both leaning on the counter, val tapping her hands on it lightly to a shawn mendes song she had stuck in her head all day
he put his phone down and looked at the girl who in his eyes teleported and is now standing near him
"hi" she said now looking up at him with a big goofy smile
"hi" he smiled back looking down at her
they continued looking at it eachother staring into they're eyes
suddenly val's eyes started darting from his eyes to his lips to back at his eyes
he watched her not really sure what to do but he quickly found himself doing the same
they leaned closer to eachother and...

the front door opened swiftly, the two teenagers leaned back instantly and turned there gazes to the front door
there stood valory's sibling azlea, holding the dog leash with thor on the other end of it and a bunch of art and fabric supplies
they where back from art school and by the looks of it stopped by her favourite fabric shop to get some material for a new cosplay
"i'm not looking at you guys because i know that's ranboo and so i am blind now, thank you" she said closing the door and staring at the ground
they let go of the dog leash, thor running towards val and ran upstairs
mark and valory stared in shock a little bit before looking at eachother and bursting out laughing
"so she knows who i am?" he asked after catching his breath
"yeah, they've been watching you since before the dream smp, i think, she tried to fill me in with all the lore and stuff but i got confused and blanked" she shrugged
"that's cool" he said looking back at her
"yeah, she has cosplayed you before, like you're character"

they laughed a bit before they're gazes stuck back at eachother
this time val hugged the taller boy
her hands went around his torso while his were loose around her shoulders
she was looking up while he was looking down they're eyes fixed on eachother
