They spent the next few weeks mostly sightseeing. They also visited Universal Studios, the Los Angeles Aquarium and Zoo, went to the Madam Taussend Museum, drove to San Diego to the Safari Park Zoo and took a helicopter tour over Beverly Hills and Hollywood. Dean has been busy over the past few weeks collecting autographs and photos from celebrities he has met on the street or at autograph sessions. They also saw various film and television sets during their walks and collected autographs and photos on site.
Today was a very special day. Kelly got tickets to the premiere of the latest Fast & Furious movie. The premiere didn't take place until tomorrow, but today was the press date and so they thought, maybe they'll catch one or the other actor today. When they arrived at Universal Studios, many fans were already waiting for the stars to arrive. "I see nothing. Can I go up front?" Dean asked. "Okay, but be careful. We're waiting here. We can take photos tomorrow." Kelly said. Stella gave him his autograph album and Dean made his way to the front. When the stars finally arrived, Dean was pinned to the barrier in front of the crowd. Jordana Brewster and Michelle Rodriguez noticed Dean and rushed over to help him. A security guard lifted Dean over the bars. "Hey kid, what's your name?" Jordana asked. "D-D-Dean." Dean stuttered and tears ran down his face. «Hello Dean. I'm Jordana and this is Michelle." Jordana said. "I know." Dean said shyly. "At least you haven't lost your sense of humor." Michelle laughed. "Where are your parents?" Jordana asked. "I'm here with my brother." Dean said. "Ah ok and do you know where your brother is?" Jordana asked. Dean pointed to the crowd. Michelle pulled one of the security guards aside. "His brother must be somewhere in the crowd you can look for him. The little one's called Dean." Michelle informed the security guard. He nodded and radioed the information to his colleagues. While security looked out for Kelly, Michelle and Jordana took care of the distraught Dean. A few minutes later, the radio announced that they had found Kelly and that they were waiting for Dean at the building entrance. The security chief escorted Dean to the entrance, where Kelly and the others were waiting for him. "Hey buddy. Are you okay?" Kelly asked, picking him up. Dean nodded and laid his head on Kelly's shoulder. "If you come to the premiere tomorrow, you can come here at 12 to get your autographs and photos." the security guard smiled.
In the afternoon they first took a walk to the Hollywood Sign and then drove to Long Beach and visited the Battleship Iowa Museum. In the evening they went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and then drove back to their hotel.
