Yesterday, we arrived in Spain ahead of the Formula One and FormulaTwo race this upcoming weekend. Today me and Liam are filming a video for HiTechs youtube channel and it's a cooking challenge The team have allowed my brother, boyfriend and my other F1 friend to watch us make the video. We all know this is going to be an absolute laugh and it is most likely going to contain some swearing, which will be bleeped out when the media team edit it later. 

Aaron and Kelsie from the media team told us that we were making cookies and that all the ingredients were in plain packaging and that we have to try and figure out what ingredient is what. This is going to be so much fun, especially with most of the Formula One drivers watching us. 

AJ: Hello everyone, welcome to HiTech racing's youtube channel. If it is your first time watching our videos, I'm Ava-Jayne Norris and this is my teammate Liam Lawson. So, I will let Liam explain, what we are doing in this video. 

Liam: As AJ said I'm Liam Lawson and in this video, we are going to be baking some cookies. All the ingredients that we have on the table in front of us are in plain packaging, so we have to guess what ingredient is what and let's see if we can make a perfect batch of cookies. So let's starts! 

*five minutes into the video*

Liam: Is this the sugar AJ?

AJ: Yes, yes, yes, yes 

*10 seconds later*

AJ: No, no, no, no, shit that's the salt.

Both AJ and Liam start laughing. They find the sugar, add some extra in to try and take the saltiness out of the cookie dough. Whilst the cookies are baking, me and Liam started talking about what we are looking forward to this weekend. We also talked about the driver championship and the constructors. At the moment I'm currently second in the driver championship and HiTech is currently second in the constructors just behind Prema. 

Liam: Okay, the cookies are done, so let's try them 

AJ: And yes we have been given permission by our trainers to have one of the cookies, so yeah let go ahead and try them

*after one bite of the cookie*

AJ: Oh My Fucking God, these taste fucking vile! This is the worst cookie I have ever bloody had. But my brothers cooking is even worse. He can't cook anything without burning it. 

That comment earned AJ the middle finger off of her brother and a laugh off of all the other F1 drivers that were there.

After finishing filming the video, me, Liam and the rest of the F1 drivers decided to head back to the hotel to chill out by the pool and have a good old laugh about anything and everything. 

Me and Lando thought it would be a good idea to sneak up behind Pierre's hat. George, Charles, Carlos, Max and Liam knew what me and my twin were up to and couldn't wait to see his reaction. Lando and I stood behind Pierre and Lando quickly took Pierre's hat off.

Pierre: Who stole my hat?

Me and Lando burst out laughing 

AJ: Father time 

Lando: Mother nature 

We gave each other and ran up to my room. Pierre was hot on mine and Lando's tail and George was running after Pierre, whilst the other sat by the pool laughing their socks off. 

We reach my room, I quickly put the key in the door because Pierre was only a few feet behind us and Lando still had his hat. Seconds later Pierre is banging on the door.
