"I fucking hate this" Lacey mumbled, as she toyed with the blinds, pulling them open and closed as Emma tapped on her notebook, finally feeling stressed by the young adult, in all the years she had known her she had never heard Lacey rant or curse so much. "But what is it that you hate exactly Lacey?" Emma mumbled, it was the only time Emma had come across as unprofessional, but the young girl was struggling with keeping her emotions in check, Emma wondering if she had taken the wrong carer option of therapy. "It's just, it feels like I finally get happy, like really fucking happy, and then something comes along and ruins it and I always blame life, like life is never great or a walk in park" Lacey mumbled, as she finally sat down, cross legged on the smaller sofa, holding a pillow in her arms. "I mean my life is a walk in Jurassic park" Lacey huffed. "But then I met Mason and it felt like life just finally clicked, but whoever is writing my story needs to stop because I'm honestly fucking done with it" Lacey muttered, as the tears lined her eyes, and Emma felt guilty for not being supportive during Lacey's rant, finally realising that the girl carried more trauma than a trauma work book, Lacey was the definition of strong, strong in so many ways, the weight of the world on her shoulders, but somehow managing to drag herself out of bed everyday. "I mean, this last year has hardly been great has it" Lacey muttered, as she tried her hardest to blink the tears away. "I fell out of love, mentally battered and bruised" Lacey whispered. "I fell in love with someone I didn't think would ever love me" Lacey continued, "I didn't think I'd ever want to fall in love again" she whispered, as she let a single tear fall. "I made a perfect tiny human, when I wasn't good enough to have something like that" Lacey whispered, another tear falling. "I pushed him away, time and time again, but he always came back, always smiling, always telling me how much he cared" Lacey sobbed silently. "But then he goes and lies to me, and I don't know why, I don't want to hear why" Lacey whispered, as the tears continued to fall. "I just want to be happy" Lacey sobbed, as Emma shook her head, standing up and pulling the young girl into a hug. "Why does life hate me" Lacey muttered, as she leaned her head on Emma's shoulder, finally letting all the emotions she had held in for so long, leave her body.

Lacey Cross (pictured above) was seen leaving her therapy sessions since breaking up with on and off boyfriend Mason Mount. Cross did not engage, or offer an words to the fans or the media surrounding her, suggesting she isn't willing to talk about the drama. Rumours have suggested that Mason has cheated, or broken up with Cross due to the upcoming tour in a few months. Are the two young lovers just destined to not be together at all; it seems like it's more heartbreak than love at the moment.

Lacey sat in her apartment, sulking as the rain fell at the window, the soft hum of Carrie Underwood playing in the background, as Lacey's doorbell rang out, Lacey choosing to ignore it, until her phone started vibrating repeatedly, Lacey finally getting up from the sofa and answering the door to Jack. "You can't just hide away" Jack mumbled, as he walked into the apartment, the room being engulfed in his aftershave. "So who's ankles am I breaking?" Jack chuckled, as Lacey shook her head, choosing to ignore his comment. "Did he really lie to you?" Jack questioned, as Lacey groaned, throwing herself onto the sofa, the pillow bounding off and landing on the floor at Jacks feet, as he chuckled to himself, picking the pillow up and throwing back at her, Lacey looking over at him with a glare. "Do you think I'm being petty?" Lacey questioned, as Jack shrugged his shoulders. "I think he should of been honest, but I also don't think it's something to be hard on him about" Jack stated, as Lacey shook her head. "He cheated on his ex-girlfriend with someone he told me he didn't know?" Lacey mumbled, as Jack nodded his head. "and he loves you Lace, you forget that detail every time" Jack mumbled, as Lacey shook her head. "He told me he didn't want me to go on tour with Chase" Lacey muttered, as Jack nodded his head. "I agree, I wouldn't want Sash working with someone who sexualised her everyday" Jack stated, as Lacey shook her head. "You don't get it, he didn't tell me that he knew her, when she was a big part of his previous break up, but then has the nerve to tell me I can't do something, when there's nothing going on there" Lacey stated, as she finally sat up on the sofa. "You're hurting and that's okay, I'm not disagreeing with that, but I think you should hear him out before you decide to do something that'll hurt you more" Jack mumbled.
