billie waited patiently outside with zoe and drew as reese got cleaned up and into a clean change of clothes.

billie perked up happily, when the familiar soft footsteps were heard and reese came walking out. "finally," drew groaned, "i'm starving so bad, let's go get some taco bell."

"ah," billie stopped the brunette, her fingers clasping around reese's arm loosely. "don't you think our little winner should decide where she wants to eat today?"

"alright." drew sighed, her head turning to reese. "taco bell's fine, i don't mind." reese shrugged.

once the girls eventually agreed, they made their way out of the empty field and into billie's car.

to say the least, reese wasn't comfortable at all.

unlike billie, maya and carina were well aware of reese's nervousness around cars and usually tried to prevent her being in cars but when she was, they tried their best to make sure she was fine.

currently, reese was in a vehicle with the windows up, loud music blaring through billie's speakers, drew and zoe's screaming and laughter and the occasional making out in the back.

reese shifted uncomfortably in the seat, and looked out of the window at the passing lights and building trying to ease her discomfort.

she couldn't say anything to the girls about it, it wasn't like they'd even understand. and the last thing she needed was another group of girls who would stop hanging out with her because she was the weirdo.

so quiet she stayed, she eventually stopped looking out of the window and instead fiddled with her fingers or pulled at the strings of her hoodie until they arrived.

when they arrived and all piled out and into the empty restaurant. "we'll go find a seat while you guys order?" billie nodded.

billie and reese exchanged their orders with the couple and found a small booth for them to sit in. reese and billie slipped in smoothly, "so...while we wait, let's talk, just me and you."

reese grinned softly at billie's words and shrugged, "okay, what do you wanna talk about?"

billie moved in closer to reese, sending her a bright smile, "well first off, i want to say," she reached for the girl's hand, "you did freaking amazing."

"thanks." reese grinned back. billie looked around suddenly, her eyes averting to a different place after another, stopping when reese stopped her.

"are you looking for something?" she asked the girl. billie didn't answer and continued to look around for a moment before facing reese and leaning in and pressing her lips against hers.

reese sucked in a breath but kissed her back softly, butterflies and bubbles of nervous fluttering around in her stomach when billie pulled her closer by the strings of her hoodie.
