You Rowoon lifted up the glass of wine, threw his head back, and took a big gulp of wine. It was as if there were thorns all over his body. There was a fierce energy in his bones. The hand that was holding the wine glasses trembled before he threw the glass onto the ground. The wine glass shattered.

“Rowoon, Xu Shao is right. I really don’t understand. What’s so good about that woman that deserves your obsession? If you really like her, why blacklist her for the past four years and fall into the situation where you won’t give up until death?”

You Rowoon’s body trembled. Rationality went out the window as soon as Meng Jisoo was mentioned.

He picked up the wine bottle in front of him, tilted his head back, and swallowed several gulps of wine. The red wine dripped down on his shirt and stained a large patch. By the time he put down the wine bottle, his eyes were flushed red.

“I love her so much! How dare she break up with me!” Furious, You Rowoon kicked the coffee table.

“Don’t be angry, Rowoom. She won’t be able to change her fortune for the rest of her life,” said one of the men.

“But… I think I saw Miss Meng at Jeon Corporation today. She seems like she was there to sign a contract with Jeon Corporation to become their spokesperson.”

Ye Ji Eun’s words caught You Rowoon’s attention. He walked up to Ye Ji Eun. Looking down at her with red eyes full of hostility, he sharply asked, “Jeon Corporation is signing an endorsement contract with her? You saw this with your own eyes?” 

Ye Ji Eun slightly paused before gritting her teeth and nodding. “I’m sure I saw her today at Jeon Corporation. Jeon Corporation’s PR Director seems to have already signed a contract with her.”

If she can't get something, then on one else can easily get it either.

Radiating a ruthless aura, You Rowoon abruptly turned around and walked out.

The people in the room wanted to chase after him, but Jeon Jungkook stopped them. “Sit down. I’ll go after him.”

Although Jeon Jungkook didn’t usually play mediator, he had his own ideas for dealing with people. He was more reliable than the other people here. So when they heard him say those words, they all sat back down.

While Jeon Jungkook hastily left the room to catch up to You Rowoon, Lin Eunwoo remained in the corner by himself, drinking wine.

Ye Ji Eun quietly glanced at him. She turned the wine glass in her hand several times before finally making a decision. She walked over to him. “Eunwoo, I…”

Without waiting for her to finish speaking, Lin Eunwoo stood up. “Sorry, I have to go to the bathroom. He expressionlessly walked around her and left the room.

It was as if someone had slapped Ye Ji Eun. She stood frozen in place for a long time, unable to return to her senses.

In Heaven on Earth’s parking lot, You Rowoon irritably kept calling a number while walking to his sports car. When he got to his car, perhaps because he was angered by the repeated hangups, he fiercely kicked the front tire of his sports car.

You Rowoon’s anger hadn’t lessened. He opened the door and got in. Jeon Yoongi got into the car from the other side and sat down in the passenger seat.

“Stay out of it.”

“I can stay out of it, but you have to calm down.”

“Calm down? How can I calm down?” You Rowoon angrily pounded the steering wheel. “I told her that as long as she lowers her head and admits she was wrong, she could choose any role that she wants to play. I can raise her up to the sky. But, what does she do? Her tone is hard, and she’s stubborn to the bone. It’s been so long, and she hasn’t said a single soft word. And now, she rather go look for someone else than come look for me. She’s acting like I’m dead!”

“Okay, then tell me. What are you going to do? Are you going to threaten Jeon Corporation like you threaten those other companies？What kind of company is Jeon Corporation? What kind of person is Jeon Jungkook? The CEOs of other companies might give you some face, but Jeon Jungkook is infamous for being vicious and merciless.  If he wants to hold up Meng Jisoo, there’s nothing you can do to him!
