"Mrs. Jeonis also the producer of that movie."

Ye Lisa tugged on Jungkook's hand. She used a bit of force to scratch the inside of his arm.

Jungkook lowered his head and saw Ye Lisa's smiling face. When their eyes met, his ardent gaze was deeply imprinted in Ye Lisa's eyes. The force she used to hold the crook of his arm suddenly increased.

"She's the producer? I didn't know that Jungkook's wife is so talented. That's really broadening my horizons." Then, he asked Ye Lisa, "What's the movie about?"

Ye Lisa curved her lips into a smile. "It's a movie set in the Republic of China."

Mayor Zhou contemplated aloud, "There aren't many movies with that setting. It's too easy for the film content as well as parts of the plot to touch the bottom line..."

Exactly. That's why Ye Lisa had come to this function.

If a movie set in the Republic of China even brushed up against the censorship laws, it would be difficult for it to pass review and get approval. In the novel, the auditing department used the movie's sensitive topic to repeatedly give Ning Yang a hard time and dragged out approving it past a few years.

Madam Zhou furrowed her brow and asked, "What's wrong?"

Ye Lisa said in a rather vexed tone, "It's not easy to get a movie set in the Republic of China to be approved. That's okay though. I'll check it from beginning to end. I just don't know what the relevant auditing department's standards will be."

"That..." Madam Zhou sighed. "This is Mrs. Lu's first time producing a movie. It's inevitable that she'll miss something. Old Zhou, is there anything you can do about that?"

Mayor Zhou smiled. "I'll ask the people in the auditing department about the requirements when the time comes. As long as it doesn't go too far, it won't be an issue."

If Ye Lisa was someone that shamelessly sought personal gain, Mayor Zhou naturally wouldn't have bothered with her. He could see that she wasn't the type to play tricks. Her gaze was clear and her attitude was open and direct. Since this would only require a slight effort from him, he was happy to do it.

Jungkook was affectionately holding Ye Lisa's arm. Her glory was his glory and vice versa. "Of course."

Mayor Zhou loudly laughed and happily exchanged a few more words with Jungkook. He set a time to meet alone the day after tomorrow in front of Ye Lisa.

After the two left, Jungkook wrapped his arm around Ye Lisa's slender waist. Copying her earlier action of pinching his arm, he squeezed her waist with his hand. "Where did you get the ability to coax Madam Zhou to speak for you?"
