who the hell is calling so early
I roll over on my bed grabbing my phone and looking at the caller ID and of course it was my boss Emily
"Hey Em what's up" I say tiredly into the phone
"y/n/n everyone has to come in early for paper work I need you here in less than 30 minutes can you do that?" She generally sounds sorry
"Anything for you" I chuckle
"Alright see you soon"
I stand up off of my bed and walk over to my dresser putting on dark brown pants and match it with a tight medium brown shirt and a khaki colored cardigan
I start walking to the bathroom while trying to put on my converse's I got one one successfully and go to put the other one on but completely lose balance "Shit, shit, shit" I say mid fall
I fall flat on my face "ow" I groan
can this morning get any worse
Finally making it to the bathroom I go pee, wash my hands, and put on some light makeup before heading out the door
Hopping in my car I turn the key in the ignition and I'm immediately welcomed by the song Telipatía playing on the radio I back out of the parking lot and head to the BAU
I park my car and get out walking over to Pen who happened to be parked next to me "Y/n! how was your morning" she says while pulling me into a huge hug
"Well Pen I just woke up like 30 minutes ago and feel like shit" I return her hug when someone laughs behind me
"You look like shit" I snap my head in the direction of the voice causing a sharp pain to go up my neck making my head hurt
"Cállate Alvez I still look better than you" he rolls his eyes at me and looks over to Pen attempting to say something to her but before he got the chance she cut him off "Do not talk to me Newbie" she huffed and walked over to the elevators dragging me with her
"What did I ever do to you guys" Luke asks
"You literally said I look like shit two seconds ago" I Justify crossing my arms looking up at him
"Okay maybe I didn't mean shit you just look like a female version of Reid especially with the converses" He just starts laughing Penelope laughs a little too
"Pen you're supposed to be on my side" I scolded looking over at her "as much as I hate to admit it he's right" she chuckles I roll my eyes and walk into the elevator "Fuck you guys"
Later in the kitchen at the BAU
Ever since I got in my car this morning this song has been stuck in my head and I've been humming it all day so here I was alone in the break room quietly singing to myself "Quién lo diría, Que se podría hacer el amor por telepatía" I whisper-sing while tapping my fingers on the counter mimicking the beat "La luna está llena, mi cama vacía, Lo que yo te haría" I continue "Lo que yo te haría, Si te tuviera de frente, la mente te la volaría" I start humming the rest
"Cariño, What the hell are you singing" a man's voice says next to me making me jump out of my skin
Who the hell-
"Holy shit Luke you need to like not scare me half to death" I say quietly
"Sorry, also I was wondering if you wanted to go out to dinner with me" He asks
"Uhm no why on earth would you ask me that" He sighs dramatically at me
"Princesa"
I don't know why but his words shot butterflies all over my stomach
I look up at him crossing my arms "No Luke, Emily would kill us" I say defensively
"She doesn't have to know" I shake my head at him starting to walk away
"You don't have to pretend you don't like me" He grinned grabbing my wrist pulling me back to him our lips barely touching when he leans down to my ear and whispers "Amor, sé que te gusto" he let's go of my wrist and walks out of the kitchen
