I wander aimlessly in the hallways of the BAU looking for any sort of distraction something to get my mind off of her. My best friend ever since I joined the team we've been basically inseparable we were always together even when we weren't working. About 2 weeks ago I realized I had feelings for her real very very strong feelings but I was sure she was straight. "Fuck this" I sigh throwing my hands up in defense and shaking my head
"Baby what's wrong" I turn and see Derek
should I tell him?
"Is it Emily?" my eyes widen at his question how the hell did he know "Only an idiot in love looks at someone the way you look at her" Penelope says showing up from who knows where
"What is this gang up on y/n and figure out her feelings day?" I ask laughing a little
"Yes it is" Derek says grabbing my wrist and pulling me and Penelope out of the hallway
"Fine, Fine yes It's about Emily" I admit Derek and Pen start smiling at each other
"alright lover-girl let's go get Emily"
"Uhm no" I say abruptly stopping them from leaving "She doesn't like me the same way I like her she's straight" They both start laughing
"Emily... and straight in the same sentence .... never thought that was gonna happen" Penelope says in-between laughs
"Wait what" I ask confused
"Baby you're blind she's obviously gay" Derek gives me a cocky grin
"Oh my god I mean It defiantly makes sense she totally gives off gay vibes but she never openly told me so I just assu-" I got cut off
"I thought everyone knew that about me" Emily states coming inside the room Derek dragged us into

"Great" I turn to give Derek a death glare and he grabs Pens hand and runs out of the room
"You like me?" She asks walking closer to me
"Maybe" I mutter
"Maybe? Well from what I heard it's definitely more than maybe" she gives me a sly smirk putting one hand on my cheek
"Love, don't lie to me" she whispers
"Fine I like you, I like you a lot" I admit earning a smile from her
"Good cause if you didn't it would make this really awkward" She says pulling me closer to her and pressing her lips to mine I Immediately return the kiss
She pulls away putting her hands on my waist "Shit we cannot tell Hotch" I point out
"L/n if you don't want me to know stuff don't kiss Prentiss in the copier room with the door wide open" Hotch says from behind me making me jump
"Shit-" I gasp
"Watch you're language" Hotch scolds
"Just fill out the paper work for in office relationships I put it on your desks" He sighs putting a piece of paper in the copier
"How do you-"
"I just do" He cuts me off Me and Emily start laughing walking out to go fill out some paperwork
Sitting at my desk I smile contently happy with the events that just occurred
