I open the doors to the bullpen and see everyone seated facing a woman with dark hair I sneak in and sit in between Derek and Penelope
"let's talk about sexual harassment, Sexual harassment isn't always a quid pro quo arrangement maybe it's a conversation between two coworkers that makes you feel uncomfortable maybe these coworkers use phrases like "Baby girl" My head whips in Pens direction and I put a hand on my mouth to stop me from laughing
"Chocolate thunder or where is my big black twelve-pack" Penelope is staring at Derek her eyes wide and I'm trying not to laugh
"Who blabbed," Pen asked in a hushed tone Derek shrugs
"And that creates a what? a hostile work environment so messages like "more cushion for the pushin" Not appropriate "I'll be coco to your ice-t" Not appropriate"
Everyone in the team is sharing side glances trying not to laugh
"And "Floppy Blunderguff" I don't even know what that means but not appropriate!" Penelope gets a text from Hotch and has to go so she stands and starts walking out but the dark-haired lady interrupts "Miss Garcia you really have to stay for this"
"I'm sorry but I have to I'm so sorry I'm so sorry I'm so sorry" Pen repeats herself nervously before walking out
After the Lady leaves the Team comes and surrounds Derek and me since I'm sitting next to him
"I cannot believe that just happened!" Derek shouts and everyone bursts into a fit of laughter
"That had to be the best thing that's ever happened to us" JJ says in between laughs
"No who the hell blabbed" Derek asks
"No one Derek remember Pen literally answered the phone saying "Talk Dirty to me" and it was Strauss calling you guys don't hide it" I state wiping away the tears from my previous laughter
"Oh my god I forgot about that!" JJ starts laughing causing everyone else to laugh too
"or how about the faces every police department we go to gives you when you answer the phone and start talking about spanking Garcia" Rossi chimes in still laughing
"Alright, Alright I get it" Derek huffs we all start laughing again
