Currently, Me and Derek were standing in the bullpen arguing about if Hotch was single or not. Derek was hellbent on that he has one and maybe I'm in denial but there's no way he has a girlfriend no way at all. "Derek he does not have a girlfriend," I state and he just rolls his eyes at me "he does too he's been super smiley lately and oddly nice which only happens when people get laid" taken slightly off guard I hear Penelope snicker behind me. "Derek he's single trust me," I state once again "Why are you so hell-bent on him being single?" Derek gives Penelope a confused glance which Penelope responds by looking at Derek as if he is stupid "Obviously she loves him!" she yelled at him making everyone turn and look at us.
My cheeks heat as the wandering confused eyes look over at us, damn it pen why are you so loud. Hotch was standing outside his office with Rossi. My eyes wander up in his direction, and he was already staring at me with a stupid smirk on his face, quickly I look away turning back towards Derek "I am going to go find out which of us is right one day Derek Morgan" I whisper yell at him while walking away.
"What was that about?" Emily asked Derek "unrequited love," he said while laughing
That Night
It was Thursday night and Jack called me earlier asking me to come over so I could build him a cool Lego house and watch batman with him. I pull into the driveway, hop out of my car and knock on the door. I hear jack's soft voice through the door "I got it daddy don't worry it's my friend" the door opened slowly revealing the small figure, once he was fully revealed I saw the huge smile on his face which reveals one of his dimples, just like his dad. "Jack!" I greet and pick him up, I squeeze his little body giving him a hug "I missed you!" Jack shouts in excitement when he returns my hug "I missed you too" I respond pressing my lips on his cheek giving him a kiss and then giving him another on the other cheek "y/n you're giving me too many kisses" he giggles and I look at him in shock "Jack Hotchner there is no such thing as too many kisses" I tickle him a bit and he burst out laughing making my heart swell. I give him one more kiss as I put him down and walk into the house
"Y/n" Aaron said with a smile he came over and gave me bear a hug "Aar," I say hugging him back. He hugs me like we haven't seen each other in years when we just saw each other 3 hours ago but hey I certainly was not complaining.
"Alright let's get this party started," I say sitting next to Jack as he places the Legos out in front of us. "So what are you two gonna build?" Aaron questions as he takes his place standing next to me "Well I was think-" I begin but Jack cut me off "We're gonna build a police station," He says with a huge smile once again revealing his dimple "I guess we're building a police station" I smile up at Aaron "Alright well if you need me I'll be either in my office or my room" and with that, he leaves.
