Chapter Nineteen: Katniss's

I stepped out onto the stage ready to go out when I see Johanna, "ready a wedding dress?" I blushed, "Snow made me wear it." Johanna smirked and looked me up and down, "make him pay for it." Caesar introduced me and I walked out on stage. I heard all the people cheering and as I got to Caesar he spoke, "Katniss Everdeen! You look fabulous. Doesn't she! My. My. Whoo. Whoo. Now Katniss this is a very big and very emotional night for all of us. Wouldn't you say?" He tilted the mic to me, "don't go crying on me now Caesar."

He smiled, "I can't make any promises you know me." I laughed and smiled, "you know I wouldn't believe you if you did." Caesar burst out laughing, "I love her! The girl on fire is so cheeky! But Katniss on a more I think we're all here a little disappointed more then a little disappointing that a certain wedding didn't take place. Aren't we folks. But am I correct in assuming that this is the gown you would've worn on that day yes or no?"

"Yes President Snow thought everyone would want to see it," I said and Caesar turned the microphone back to himself, "well President Snow as usual was right. Was he not folks!" The crowd cheered and he asked me to spin and I walked to the centre of the stage and started to spin lighting the dress on fire changing it until it was a black dress and I turned into a Mocking Jay. The crowd went wild and Caesar was trying to figure out what the bird was, "it's a Mocking Jay."

"Your stylist has really out done himself this time. Cinna take a bow," Cinna took a bow and I went to stand with the other tributes Johanna soon re-joining. I watched Peeta as he talked about our marriage then he said he wouldn't have any regrets if it wasn't for the baby and the whole crowd was screaming and Peeta stood beside me and I grabbed the victor from 11's arm and Peeta's and we all held hands and lifted them up.

After the lights went out Johanna came over and took me and Peeta off the stage, "ha good job Lover Boy." Johanna smirked and lend her head on my should, "if only I could knock you up to help Lover Boy's story Kitty Kat." I blushed and Peeta looked away, "can you not do that in front of me." Johanna looked to Peeta, "you kiss my soulmate in front of me I think you can handle just me holding her."

Haymitch smirked and came around the back of the stage, "good one Peeta. Johanna love the speech really truthful. Sweetheart well Cinna's dress spoke all that needed to be said." We all walked to the car and was transported back to the tribute centre, "Mason you can come with us I need Katniss." Johanna smirked, "oh I need her to very desperately." I blushed and Peeta turned red, "would you shut up." Johanna growled, "watch it lover boy or I will get my axe." I turned and kissed Johanna, "shh it's okay no killing people." Johanna huffed as they were in the elevator and lend back on the elevator walled and picked me up a held me there as we kiss.

I blushed. The ding came Johanna put me down then walked up to Peeta, "don't you forget that you aren't the one she loves. You don't own her just because Snow says."
