As we got to the beach, I was carrying the female morphling that saved my life. I pulled her into the water, "hey you want to see something beautiful." I whispered and I knew she was dying, "look up isn't that beautiful?" The morphling looked up and I watched as she slowly died in my arms. When I could no longer see the life in her eyes, I floated her out to sea, "she sacrificed herself for me." I told Finnick as I walked to sand. Finnick sighed, "let's get-"
Finnick looked over my shoulder, "Johanna?" I turned, "FINNICK! KATNISS!" I ran as fast as I can on sand and soon, I crashed into my fiancée's arms. I notice she's cover in blood but right now I don't care my lips crashed to hers and I kiss her like the world was ending. Finnick wolf whistled from behind me. I pulled back when Wiress bumped into me, "tick tock." I grabbed Wiress, "come on let's get you cleaned up." I guided the woman into the water while Johanna talked to Finnick. I washed her hair but she kept saying tick tock. I looked around then I started to add things up. The 12 sections the threat every hour, "it's a clock. Wiress it's a clock you are a genius!" I yelled and Wiress just kept saying tick tock. After the blood was cleaned off I rushed to the sand.
"Finnick! Johanna! It's a clock. The arena is a clock every hour with a new threat that's why there is a noise for every hour. The arena is a clock!" Johanna turned to the cornucopia, "the point it's pointing at the tree... that's the tree that gets shocked at 12." We all walked to the cornucopia and get more weapons and I watched Johanna throw up and axe and catch it and fuck was that hot to see her arm tense as she catches it. We figured out the clock in the cornucopia then I heard a gasp. We all turned at the sound of the canon and I killed Gloss and Johanna killed Cashmere. Then the cornucopia started to spin, and I fell to the floor and I was almost off but Johanna was holding onto me but soon it was enough I fell into the water.
The last thing I heard was Johanna screaming my name. Once I was under water no sounds reached my ear except the sounds of deafening silence. Water was filling my mouth but then the moment stopped and I swam my way to the surface coughing up water and threw up what little I've had to eat. "KATNISS!" I heard Johanna scream and soon I was in her arms, "oh my god you had me so scared Katniss." Johanna sobbed and I cuddled into her neck, "it's okay I'm okay."
We got to the beach again and Johanna held onto me tightly as she could, "I'm okay." I whispered and Johanna kept holding me as Finnick made a fire. After a few hours Johanna slowly relaxed her grip on me and I leaned into her, "I love you Johanna."
"I love you too Kitty Kat," Johanna smiles and kisses my head.
