This is the section of the book where I answer some frequently asked questions and some questions that was in the comment section of the previous chapters.

I hope these will help you with the questions you still have up until this point!

• Why did I start writing Focus?

I wrote focus because I instantly fell in love with the girls of Bandori when I first watched the anime.

Even though only season 1 was out during the time I watched it, I actually downloaded the game first. I figured that I would watch the anime first before playing the game. Just so I could have some prior knowledge.

And it was nice!

After watching the anime and playing the game, I realized that these characters have so much more to them than meets the eye. That's why I wanted to start a romance fanfiction book.

Cause I'm a loser with no gf and falls in love with 2D Girls instead.

• Why is Moca Aoba your Bandori Waifu?

The airheaded chill and lax girl vibe that she gives is just so freaking adorable. Plus, I always thought it would be heavenly to hang around her acting all chummy. I envy Ran. I really do.

And the way she talks? OMFG I MELT EVERYTIME MOCA SAYS SOMETHING. It could be anything really, and I'd be freaking out.

I've always daydreamed about cuddling with her in bed. Just tucked up a warm blanket in a cold winter evening. Watching movies until we both fall asleep.

Okay I'm sorry for being creepy sheesh. Let's move on!

• What was the journey on writing "Focus" like?

It was a story I wrote on impulse. I wanted to share my love for Moca Aoba for the longest time now! And at first I thought there wasn't a place for me to share it without having to be judged all too much. But I'm glad that I was able to muster up the courage to get over it and be where I am today.

I soon realized that there's a place where I can be as geeky and weird as I can be without being judged by other people too much. I'm not hurting anyone after all.

It took me 3 years. It took me that long to write this whole thing. 50 chapters in 3 years isn't much, but I'm glad I didn't rush things.

I was in a lot of ups and downs during those 3 years after all. And seeing as I was able to start things and reach an ending despite all of that was very nice.

I still have 4 books to finish, but I don't think they'll be finished soon. I plan to take time and improve as I write new chapters for everyone to read.

• How do you keep the characters you have maintain their original personalities when you're making your own scenarios and stories?

This is really somewhat difficult for me, since I never really had any notes or something to help me out.

When writing a new book, I had to make a new Anon for our main heroine. And I try to make the new Anon as different from the other Anon's as much as I could. I wouldn't say that I wrote them perfectly, but they're relatable to a certain degree atleast.

After all, my books are supposed to be immersive. As if you're the one falling in love with the main heroine, while she falls in love with you.

I just have to read previous chapters sometimes just to recall what this character was like, and also to make sure that I don't write something out of context or something I never planned to.

• Did you want to be a doctor?

No.

• Do you plan on writing other books featuring other girls?

I definitely do!

But I probably won't start another one very soon. Since I realized that it's impossible for me to update everyday ever since I stepped into senior highschool. My schedule's been jam packed all the time after all.
