Ink's POV

I turned off my phone and looked around the Doodlespear... I can't believe that I already met them! I started laughing. "I DID ITTTTT!!!!!" I yelled laughing so excited to meet them, I hope they are as excited as me!

Y/N POV

I hug onto my phone, pulling it to my chest as I can't help but squeal.

"I'M GOING TO MEET MY HERO!" I yelled out to no one yet I wanted everyone to know I WAS GOING OUT TO MEET MY HERO! I mean how can I not be excited? I'm meeting INK! The protector of AU's, the one who saved me all those years ago!

I quickly ran to my dresser and started going through all my clothes, trying to find something that ISN'T covered in paint which was a lot harder than I thought it would be. I ended up finding my favorite outfit which only had a FEW spots of paint splattered here and there but it's not too noticeable. Well compared to my other clothes.

I got dressed, brushed through my hair and teeth, nitpicking everything until I couldn't find anything to fix up. But then I realized I was scheduled to meet him TOMORROW at twelve, not right now. Jeez, I got too excited! I sighed to myself and headed to my bed, tossing and turning all night, not able to sleep from excitement. I ended up spending the whole night going through our text messages, looking at every supporting comment he left on my page.

"Brim-Bim! Brim-Bim!"

I sat up and rubbed my eyes, looking over at my phone that was making noise that signaled me that someone was texting me.

Hey! Are you coming to the Cafe?

Cafe? It's not twelve already right? IT'S 12:45! OH FUCK! I quickly jumped out of bed and ran outside, running to the cafe as fast as I could.

When I got to the Cafe I saw Ink sitting at a table, looking worryingly at his phone. I run in, practically falling as I slide into the other chair at the table. "Hey! Sorry I'm late!"

Ink suddenly burst out laughing "Don't worry about it! But you look like you just rolled out of bed." My face got a bit flushed from embarrassment as I scratched the back of my neck, a bit nervous. "I uh- I kind of did hehe. I um couldn't sleep until late last night. I'm sorry I should have set an alarm or something-"

He cut me off with more laughter, I was a bit confused until I saw that he too looked like he just rolled out of bed. His clothes ruffled and his eyes still filled with sleep. "Don't worry about it! I um did the same thing! I just got here but at least I didn't forget my shoes!"

Didn't forget his shoes? I then realized in my rush to hurry out the door I forgot to put on shoes....

I then joined him in his laughter as a waiter walked over to us both. "Um, I'm sorry but we require shoes in our establishment." Ink and I stopped laughing for a moment, I looked over to him as he looked back at me. Suddenly we both burst out in laughter once again.

"I- I um am sorry-! I'll pfffttt leave now" I said as I was laughing while this made Ink laugh more. I stood up as Ink did the same as he grabbed my hand and ran out of the Cafe, bringing me with him we both tried to hold in our laughter.
