Ink!Sans x Artist!Reader

I sat down leaning against a broken down wall in OuterTale. OuterTale has always been my special thinking space for art ideas. I started some new sketches for my comic and got lost in my own world. I loved being in this space. Right here by myself, when I'm alone and doing my art I fall into this trance where there is no such thing as 'time'. Everything is just perfect and I never want it to end.

I looked up at the stars once more, the stars always gave me inspiration. Some of my characters are made purely because of images I saw in the stars. I post my comics online and people seem to love them so much that it keeps me drawing even when I don't feel like doing anything. I love all of my fans even if there aren't very many. Their positive comments and support makes me so happy. There is this one reader who comments and likes everything I post. InkTheProtecter.

I wonder if they are just a fan of Ink. I know that he is really famous for protecting many peoples creations and helping people continue to create. It would be amazing to meet Ink one day. Lots of people say that he is a myth but I know that he is real. I have seen him myself. I remember that day like it was yesterday.

Error the destroyer of AU's has shown up and is trying to eliminate our world. We have all heard about him but nobody thought he was actually real. Some kids were crying as even the teacher hid under her desk scared for her life. That's when the door was busted open, blood-curdling screams rang out. My desk was lifted up and without thinking I ran. I ran faster than I have ever ran before.

I looked behind me to see him starting to run after me laughing like this was all some game... like what he was doing was perfectly okay. I suddenly ran into something falling backwards and then being caught before I fell. I looked up to see who caught me and saw another skeleton with eyes that changed every time he blinked. Black ink was splattered on his face. I have seen pictures of him and heard stories of him.

This was Ink the protector of AU's. He set me aside against the wall, out of the way. "Stay here okay? I promise I'll protect you. I'll save you." I nodded at him looking at my savior in awe. He turned around, brush in his hand, running at Error. I watched as they fought silently rooting for Ink. I wanted him to win, and avenge all of my friends that were now dead because of Error.

I heard Error say as he teleported away. Ink ran back to me checking me over. "Hey I am so sorry about all of this, are you hurt?" he asked me with concern in his voice. This was the first time anyone actually cared if I was hurt, anyone ever had stood up for me and I don't even know him.

I nodded my head at him."I am okay but, you're hurt.... Are you okay?" He was covered in scratches, bruises, and burns from Error's attacks. "Me? Why are you worried about me? I'll be just fine. Let's first get you to a safe place okay?" He looked almost surprised when I asked him if he was okay.

He was the one who saved my life. I haven't seen him since then, he brought me to the Omega Timeline where he said I would be safe. I never really got to tell him 'thank you'. Maybe someday I'll see him again. I should probably head back to the Omega Timeline now, someone might start to get worried. I took out my little device and set it on the ground. "Omega Timeline please." A portal opened up out of the device and I walked through.

When I got back to my own little house I started to edit some of my comics together, a couple hours later my newest video was posted. I'm actually kind of proud of this one. It's the end of the season so I needed to go out BIG. Hopefully everyone else likes it....

~Ink's POV~

(Username) has posted a new video.

A new video? Thank god I can't wait to find out what happens, it feels like I've been waiting for years. Okay I know it has only been a week but still! I immediately clicked on the notification and watched the video. By the end I was in tears...

I'm sorry it had to be done... the season is over.... But there will be a new one I promise!

I laughed a bit. I finally decided to DM her. I always wanted to but I was always a tad bit to shy to actually do it.

Wait really? You're THE INK? You probably don't remember me but you actually saved me a couple years ago when my AU was being attacked. The only reason I'm alive is because of you.

I turned off my phone and looked around the Doodlespear... I can't believe that I already met her! I started laughing. "I DID ITTTTT!!!!!" I yelled laughing so excited to meet her, I hope she is as excited as me!
