(Dust's POV)

I took a deep breath, trying to keep my anxiety down. Nightmare is kind of a loose canon so he is either going to yell at me or not care. My sister can't stay in our AU anymore because things are getting too bad, she isn't acting like herself anymore and talking to thin air.

"Dust I can sense you just standing at my door, what the fuck do you want?" I forgot he can do that-

"Um- well I was wondering if you would be cool with it if my sister stayed here. She can stay in one of the guest rooms or even in mine." I heard Nightmare sigh but it was more like an annoyed groan.

"Whatever I don't care, but if she gets killed or eaten don't come crying to me." I sighed in relief.

"Yes sir, thank you" I quickly ran off before he could change his mind.

(Y/N POV)

I dipped my feet into the cold water as a shiver ran down my spine. "Cold huh?" I turned around to see Chara. They have been talking to me for a while ever since my brother Sans- well he told me to call him Dust killed everyone and just... left me.

"Um yeah... it is cold but it's nice..." I heard Chara sigh as I looked down into the water, there wasn't even any fish anymore...

"Come on, don't be so down in the dumps. It isn't fun when you are like this." I sighed and started to bite my nails. "Jeez you really are upset, what's bothering you this time?" Chara asked as she sat down next to me.

"Well it's ju-" Before I could finish I heard some footsteps behind me, could it be a monster? Or even another human! I got excited and ran over to the sound but once again I got my hopes up too high... it was only Sa- I mean Dust.

"Hey kid. I talked to my boss and he said he was cool with you staying at the castle. What do you think? There will be other monsters there but they are jerks so you won't want to talk to them." Don't get me wrong, I was happy to see San-Dust but I was hoping to see someone new...

"Where is t-this all coming from? I m-mean we never talked about this b-before." He just shrugged

"Do you want to come or not? You can have your own room and everything." I thought for a moment and nodded.

"Y-yeah just let me say bye to Chara real quick-" Dust sighed and took a look around.

"Y/N... there isn't anyone here and Chara is dead. Just leave it be." I sighed. Dust always has never seen Chara and always told me I was just imagining things. I know Chara is real though even if he can't see them.

"Go and pack any stuff you have and don't worry about food, we have more than enough at the castle." I nodded and ran off to go pack my clothes, tooth brush, toothpaste, hair brush, some bottles of my favorite drink, my favorite stuffed animal, and a book called Peek-a-boo with Fluffy Bunny that Papyrus gave me before he... I shook my head lightly to try to get rid of that thought of him dusting...

I ran back over to San-Dust as he opened the portal and gestured to me to walk through. After I walked through I looked around a bit, I seemed to be in a house?

"Welcome to my room." I looked at him with a surprised look.

"Room? T-this looks like a whole h-house" He just chuckled.
