Houston, Texas . Asíel's Penthouse .
"We leaving in twenty minutes, Jye," Lili reminded her sister on the way to Así's bedroom.
"Okay!"
Today, Lilac and Jyari were going to tour the apartments Ishmael set up for them. They were excited and very optimistic that they would find what they were looking for.
Lilac walked into Así's spacious bedroom, her head tilting at the curtains being drawn on the huge windows.
Asíel lay curled up in bed, submerged under the covers and Lili let out a small sigh.
Today was one of those days for Así, and while she was trying her best to not bother him or step on his toes, Así could be snappy.
She knew he didn't mean anything by it though.
Passing the mirror on the way to the bed, Lilac looked at her outfit, making sure she looked right before going to her boyfriend.
"We leaving, Pooh. We'll be back," she whispered to him, pressing a small kiss to his cheek.
His eyes opened and he looked up at her, giving her a small nod.
His eyes held a dull look in them he knew Lilac saw.
He looked over her outfit before meeting her eyes again.
"Zip that coat up some more," he squinted.
Lilac wore hip hugging jeans and a long sleeve shirt that made her girls look exceptionally well.
"Noo," she whined, looking in the mirror. "You gone mess up my outfit."
Lilac watched him huff and leaned down to kiss him before pressing his face in her chest.
"You know these for you, Pooh. You okay?"
She stared in Así's eyes and watched them soften. His hand came around to her ass, caressing softly.
"I'm ight, Bae. Can you bring Bankroll in here?" He mumbled.
Lilac poked her lip out, nodding.
"Yeah. Hold on."
Lilac left out the room going to Bank's. He was asleep and yelled grouchily when Lilac picked him up from his bed.
Scratching between his ears, Lilac carried him to Así's room.
"You can lay him down."
"Look at you getting special privileges today, Boy."
Así chuckled softly, scratching his dog once he was in the bed. Bankroll cuddled next to him immediately, making Lilac's heart warm.
It was like when one didn't feel good the other didn't either.
