"Pop out, racks on me, Celine frames," Lili rapped as she filled out paperwork in her office.
Jamiri lay asleep in the playpen she had for him and she could hear her business in full swing.
It had been a couple more days since she'd seen her Fiancée and he was still texting and calling her but had stopped popping up.
Kentrell had told her he'd been working a lot more and had a special project he was doing he wouldn't tell anyone about.
Unfortunately for Lilac, her being stubborn was going to have to stop today. She had her first OB/GYN appointment today and knew Así would be pissed if he missed it.
Sighing, Lilac picked up her phone and called her Fiancée.
She listened to the phone ring for a minute and debated on hanging up until he answered, looking like he was rushing outside.
"Hello. You finally remembered I existed," Así muttered into the phone, pulling his hood over his head.
"I never forgot you existed," Lili frowned. "I have a doctor's appointment at two. I know you want to see the babies."
"You know I'll be there if you let me."
"They're yours too. I'll send you the address."
"Okay."
Así could tell she was about to hang up and rushed to say something else.
"I love you. I missed your voice so much," he frowned.
Lili's lip poked out and she put the camera towards the ceiling to hide her watering eyes.
"I love you, too. I'll see you later."
"Okay, Mi flor."
They hung up and Lilac sniffled. At times she felt bad about how she had to handle things but knew Así wouldn't take her serious if she didn't.
He'd lied to her for months about what he was really doing, and had people in on it. If she had just gotten mad he probably would've just hid it from her again.
She had to show him but it was eating them both up.
Sighing, she wiped her face just as Jye walked in the room.
"What's wrong with you, Boo?" Jye asked, fixing her hair.
"I'm okay. I gotta see Así in a little bit for this appointment."
"He's gonna be so happy to see y'all, it's like your little bump grew overnight."
The twins were more than ready to begin making their debut, as her bump was becoming more visible everyday.
