Houston, Texas . Lilac & Jyari's Penthouse .
Así stared with his jaw dropped after Jye told the news.
"Pregnant?" Lili gasped. "How?"
"I think we know how, Lilac," Jye sobbed. "Oh my God, how am I gonna cheer?"
Kentrell rubbed his girlfriend's back and she looked up at him, shooting him daggers, making Así hold back his laugh.
"I bet you did this on purpose you always tryna trap me!"
"Girl you be the one 'Nut in me Daddy' what you think gone happen?" Kentrell snapped back.
Así choked back a laugh making Lili shoot him a look.
He threw his hands up in surrender.
Not my fault it's funny.
"You not supposed to listen to me!"
"Stop yelling," Lili snapped, rubbing her forehead. "Do you wanna keep it, Jyari? How do you feel?"
Jye sat quiet for a moment, collecting her thoughts.
"I don't want my future to go down the drain," she mumbled quietly.
Así felt for her because it seemed that was the only thing keeping her from being happy.
"You gone be straight, JyeMoney. It take a village, we not gone let you struggle," Así finally spoke up.
"B-But cheer," she whined.
"Well first, we need to see how far along you are. You graduate in three months and there's three months of summer. Honestly if you lucky you could drop the baby before it's time for you to start college," Lili reasoned. "You can still go, we will help you."
Jye looked up with puffy bloodshot eyes, laying her head on Kentrell.
"I want a fuckin' ring nigga," she mumbled.
Así laughed.
"I a get you the biggest ring I can find," Kentrell kissed her forehead, seeming to soothe her immediately.
Lilac looked up at Así with stress painted across her face and he kissed her cheek, holding her close.
"Are you happy, Jye?" She asked.
Jye looked at her sister and nodded slowly.
"Yes. It's gonna give me a chance to be a better example than Lindsay. For my gremlin."
"Already got my baby fucked up. Talkin' bout gremlin."
"It look anything like you it's gone be a gremlin forreal," Jye giggled.
After they all sat and talked for awhile until Lilac and Así remembered they were tired and made their way to Lili's room.
They undressed together and got in the hot shower, standing in silence for awhile.
