Y/n's POV

A flash emits at the torch of the Statue of Liberty as Bucky and I appear. Letting go of Bucky he stumbles back.

I stay silent watching him catch his footing. Once he does he looks back at me.
"What the hell was that?"

"I teleported us away from them all", I explained.

"Teleported? How can you teleport you don't have any...",

I continue to look at him with a look of guilt. "You do have powers...?", Bucky stands still as he tries to process everything that just happened.

Cautiously I walk to him as to not startle him. "Bucky, just...let me explain", I pleaded.

He just gives me a simple nod.

Relief washed over me knowing he was going to let me explain. "Okay...it happened about 5 years ago when Odin summoned my father and I to Asgard"

I pause to give Bucky room to speak, but he says nothing. I continue with my story.

"I was told that Odin and my father wanted to unit our kingdoms. Although my father wanted to do it because he knew it would strengthen our army and save our kingdom from future attacks Odin only wanted to because Loki wanted to marry me", I explained.

I've never told anyone this story before and just by sharing it I felt like I was reliving it all.

"I didn't want to marry Loki. I only ever spoke to him once and we were barely 9 so I had no love for him. Which he didn't take kindly to...", I paused for a moment before continuing.

"So he locked me up. He said that I was either going to learn to love him or rot in my cell and die", my eyes began to water as the memories came rushing in.

I take a shaky breath. "Days later his brother, Thor, found me locked up and helped me escape. I owe everything to him and Heimdall, but I don't understand why he helped Loki find me"

I looked up at Bucky with tears in my eyes. I could see the look in his eyes. He looked hurt and betrayed.

"I'm sorry...if you want to leave-"

Bucky rushes towards me and pulls me into a hug. Too surprised by his action my arms stay at my side.

"Why would I ever leave?", he asked in a soft tone.

I wrapped my arms around him and held tight, sobbing into his shirt.

Leaning back he used his index finger to lift my chin up. He stared into my eyes.

"There is nothing in this universe that will ever make me want to leave you. We're in this together", he smiled.

I returned the smile as I wiped my tears away. He pulls me back into a hug and we just stay like that for a couple minutes before Bucky breaks the silence.

"So you're a god?", he asked.

I pulled back from the hug. "God-dess", I corrected him.

"Right, sorry. So what are you the Goddess of?"

"Power"

"Power...?", Bucky asked.

"Yes, and being the Goddess of Power I have multiple powers. Which include teleporting, weapon creation, shapeshifting, energy manipulation and shield manipulation",

Bucky looked at me with an amazed look. "So all those times I saw you do those weird things you were using your powers?"

I nodded my head.
