5 days later

Su-Han POV

It took me 5 days to recover from my injuries, plus 5 days to arrive from my dojo to Paris via boat without the akumas detecting me. As I feared, it appears that I am too late.

The news broadcasted Alex's death all around the world. While some cheered, most cried and mourned his passing.

I was shocked.

Another student of mine was lost. First was Fu. Now Paris' watchdog.

Ignoring the tears, I decided to bring the fight to Hawkmoth myself. Until, I ran into a girl with blue eyes and dark blue hair. She was wearing a red and black top with a matching short skirt, black boots, a black scarf and matching fingerless gloves.

"You must be the guardian of the miraculous. Marinette?" I said. The girl nodded sadly. I shook my head in disappointment.

"Once this is over, we are going to have a long talk." I said.

"I remember Master Fu mentioning you. The grandmaster of the miraculous. Su-Han." She said. I nodded gravely.

"Also. Alex is not dead." She added. I gasped and clutched her shoulders.

"Where is Alexander?" I asked.

"Follow me." She said. We raced across the rooftops, dodging the armed guards and civilians. After an hour,  we arrived at a wrecked house. A blonde haired boy in a black hooded bodysuit and trainers tending to a boy lying on the bed.

"Alexander?" I gasped and rushed towards him. His stomach wound was stitched together and covered with a bandage but his skin was pale. His face was scrunched up in pain.

"Open his mouth." I said. Marinette opened Alexander's mouth. I poured a dark green liquid into his mouth. His skin returned back to his normal colour and his face had a peaceful expression.

"What did you give him?" The blonde haired boy asked.

"A potion that should supress the pain. He'll need to rest for at least 2 -3 hours." I said. I turned around and scowled at the two.

"Now, we need to talk." I said.

After an hour, we discussed about our plan.

"Once this is over, you two must relinquish you miraculous." I said.

"But-" Adrien said, Marinette held his hand.

"Agreed." She said.

"Are you sure, Milady?" He asked.

"Yes. I don't know if me being the guardian is a good idea. Heck, Alex seems to be doing better than me. And Master Fu had decades of experience." She said.

Adrien scowled at me and sighed.

"Fine. Sorry, Plagg. Tikki" He said.

Tikki and Plagg nodded sadly.

"Also, I heard that they are planning an execution for The Insurgency." I said.

The two gasped.

"Oh no. Alya. Luka." Marinette sobbed.

"Nino and Juleka too. We have to help them." Adrien said.

They transformed and exited the house. I left a note next to Alex and followed them.
