"What the hell's going on?!.." the Commander with Dark Red hair and single black braid questioned rather irritated as she had entered the bridge.. staring at the malfunctioning monitor in front of them "How could you have not taken into account a Jamming technology within the area? This is the Aragoto Militia we're speaking of. Commander Jest I demand to know why you one of the smartest men alive didn't consider this!"
"Oh~ I considered it... but.. what fun would there be in me mentioning the possibility of something so inconsequential... if you believe Daisuke-san~ can't run an infiltration Raid mission without the need of communications.. by all means tell him so when you see him~..." The ashen haired commander chuckled leaning back in his chair locking his hands together.."if you wish to offend a Dragonknight then by All means.. but this new technology only came about exactly ten years ago... truly most other races don't even use it.. he has more than enough experience without it to lead..."
"That is not the point!.. I am well aware Daisuke can handle anything that comes his way! It is his disciples that are on the line... and the other Knights.. Corporal Marika! Even a knight from my division.. Yuma Lionheart!.. there must be eyes on them at all times!.." Shina Shimizu was quite irate at the situation at hand "Now we have no idea what is happening or what schemes are at hand! This final Stronghold caused one of our greatest Knights Sozen.. the Second Dragonknight to lose contact. Something unheard of. Do you really believe it wise to leave this up to chance?.. Knight Cole Young. Is there anyway to regain connection.. to subvert the Jamming signal?.."
"Gomen'nasai.. S-Shimizu-sama.. but.. the only way to do that would be to destroy whatever's jamming the frequency.. The Team and Soldiers are Blind right now.." Cole explained the situation in detail, as right now their technology has hit a wall of sorts "Someone on the other side is going to have to find the object and cause to malfunction.."
"Hn." Subashī Jest.. leaned forward cracking his neck "if your done nagging my ear off Shimizu...I'll get you visual. My own way...fortunately for you.. I have my own eyes within.. mice are much better than drones... especially when implanted with control chips.." the apparatus covering his left eye, began to light up.. hitting a single button on it.. a projection was displayed right over the large monitor in front of them "There we are... much more better.. I now have eyes inside the Stronghold... you may loosen your insufferable words..be grateful. I only resort to such tactics when I'm interested..."
"What is this?... this visual... you have mice implanted with chips? When did you get them in the building?.." Shina Shimizu questioned curiously, unsure of this mad Scientists methods.. as Jest chuckled at her question "You are quite a Genius of Mana and spirit cores.. your Managuard is flourishing even but.. you are clearly out of your depth. I made sure the undercover operatives placed a timed Cage within a vent of the stronghold several hours before.. of course that was before they we're discovered. Fortunately.. the lock is timed sensitive, they we're realized as soon as Daisuke-san and his team infiltrated the facility.."
"That is-... brilliant... sick.. but brilliant indeed.." Shimizu couldn't help but compliment the cleverness of it, that Subashī Jest deduced the situation and made sure to have a backup plan.. though she questioned his morals "we're you planning on actually using it?"
"My~ of course... well. I planned on not telling a soul and keeping the entertainment to myself.. but your sudden Nagging.. gave me enough of a headache to push my patience...enough. Chatter-...it seems Kisuke's child and his comrades have made it to the Top floor.. hmm...how interesting-..the Chieftain Reyes.... Heh~... he's seemed to be enhanced with Cursed Mana... similar to someone else.." Subashī scoffed, he wasn't quite fond of Shina's just views clearly.. but watching what was unfolding.. was certainly a treat.
