"I believe...they called you to the battlefield. Ogrekiller..if your done antagonizing. I highly suggest you stop wasting time and get moving...." The Blonde Heiress spoke up as she wasn't fond of the way Regis had imposed himself over Cole, causing the large Brute to scoff and roll his shoulder as he walked off with a giant smirk plastered onto his face.
"T-this is....terrible. I-I can't fight Regis Ogrekiller!...h-he's...he's to strong!...he...he really wants to kill me!....." Cole Young the shy but knowledgeable boy was practically having an Anxiety Attack as he was being called for the duel. "I-I've gotta....quit. I'll forfeit!...yes! That's the only solution. I'll go tell Ibuki-sama and-!...." The stinging sound of a sharp slap rang through the area, Cole had a red mark on his cheek as the hand was none other than Rose Atarah herself.
"Are you joking?....So you came all this way. To just quit....What sort of Coward would do that?...." The Red haired elf girl wasn't having any of it, and their was no show of empathy on her face as she let her hand hang to her side, her green eyes glaring at him. "You don't get to stand here and act afraid! You have more of an advantage at becoming a Knight than I do. You saw how everyone reacted to me....how much Hate there is?.....despite the odds paired with that Barbarian or one of the brothers or any of you! It made no difference...I fought and saw it through to the end....so don't you dare chicken out now!...you hear me Young.." her voice was frustrated but still composed as she scolded him.
"Hey, now. Don't be so harsh Lycoris...." Yuma interjected as he walked in between them and patted Cole's shoulder in reassurance "Oi. I know it seems impossible. Right now...your thinking about running to the hills and never looking back. But....mistake or not. Your here too....theirs no reason for you not to try. Keep your head up....if the going gets tough. Then that's when you forfeit...but I think you can do it."
'This coming from the same guy...that was hoping to be paired with him to get an easy win....' Rose thought annoyed at his interruption, as he shrugged moved away letting him do the talking.
"I overheard you're conversation with Dante. Your sister....medical bills. As a soldier they'd have been covered...as a Knight they'd be more than just covered. Think about this clearly...you want her to get better...this is your chance. Being a Knight gives you the best Medical You could ever ask for. I'm sure their are brilliant minds looking forward to finding a cure for her....with the right motivation. It can be done...you're that motivation Cole." Lionheart continued glancing over at Regis standing by and waiting for Cole as he gritted his teeth before shaking his head and stepping side "So. Grit your teeth. Stand tall...face your fear and fight!..."
Cole young's dark blue eyes widened at his words and Rose's scolding as he glanced at Dante whom didn't say much but gave him a nod in Acknowledgement, a sudden shove pushed him forward as behind him was Kira whom smiled at the boy "You can do this...stop doubting yourself Young..."
