Chapter 60

Victorias Pov:

After a few minutes the door opens and Connor rushes in. He immediately pulls Avery off me, which makes me laugh. Right after that he hugs me tightly and I smile while hugging him back.

"Don't you ever do something like that again!" He tells me as he sighs deeply and I chuckle.

"I missed you too." I reply while patting his back.

"But don't you dare to ever yeet my baby like that." I add before hitting his head.

"Hey!" He exclaims while pulling away from me.

"Sorry, Avery." He mutters annoyed and then picks Avery up by holding her under her arms and putting her back down on the bed next to me.

"Thank you." I say as I wrap my arms around her and placing my chin on her shoulder.

"So..why do you look like that?" I ask while mentioning with my hand to him and his clothes.

"What? How do I look like?" Connor asks confused.

His hair and clothes look very messy, which is..a little suspicious.

"Well you look like you just had sex." I say, making him blush immediately.

"Dude, your mom's here!" He whines, making us laugh.

"My mom literally heard me and Avery having sex for the first time. Nothing is embarrassing anymore." I tell him, which makes him snort.

"So did you and Oliver.." I ask, on which he starts to blush.

"I take that as a yes?" I say and he nods shyly.

"Well..how was it?" I ask curiously, while rasing an eyebrow.

"I'm not gonna tell you!" He exclaims embarrassedly, making me laugh.

"Fiinnneee!"

"Pussy.." I mumble, which makes him gasp.

"Excuse me?!"

| December 24th | Monday |

A few days have past since I woke up and today I'm finally going home. Since we already have holidays I can go to my parents house again.

Where..we're also celebrating Christmas tomorrow. I'm so excited to celebrate Christmas with mine and Avery's family! And since we're celebrating at my parents house because it's bigger I don't have to move until tomorrow.

"Okay steady, steady." Avery tells me as she helps me sit up on the hospital bed.

"Honey?" Mom calls me, making me look over to her.

"I forgot to ask you this but..do you remember the sign of the car that hit you? I was at the police station the other day and they said they caught someone speeding at the place you were hit and maybe you'll remember if it's the same person?" She explains and then gives me a photo.

I look down at it and there's the car number and his face. He's wearing a mask and glasses but I know exactly who it is.

"You've got to be kidding me.." I mutter, which makes Avery look at it too.

She immediately gasps when she sees who it is.

"What?" Mom asks confused.

"What's going on? Can please someone explain?" She asks again and I shake my head with a scoff.

"Your crazy ex boyfriend tried to kill me?!"
