Chapter 5

Victorias Pov:

It's a bit later and I'm now at the party. Literally all I see are people who are either drunk or making out.

All those horny teenagers..

I can the crowd and after a few seconds I find Connor. He waves me over which makes me smile. So I walk over to him and give him a short hug.

"You actually came wow. It's the first time I see you at a party." Connor jokes and I punch him playfully.

"Let's grab some drinks!" I say which makes him laugh.

"So you're finally a little chill." He jokes and I chuckle.

Connor and I walk over to the bar and get some drinks. Surprisingly there were also Avery and her friends.

Avery was about to drink something when I snatched the cup out of her hand. She gasps and immediately looks at me.

"Hey!" Avery exclaims as I drink her drink.

"You're not old enough to drink." I say and she groans.

"And you are?" The black haired girl asks annoyed.

What was her name again? Something with 'M' I guess. Not like I care.

"Yeah, I am. I turned 21 yesterday." I answer while crossing my arms.

No one pretty much knows about my birthday, except Connor.

Yesterday we celebrated a little in his dorm. Good thing that his roommate was with friend because I don't like him.

"Y-Yesterday was your birthday?" Avery asks shocked and I nod.

"I-I didn't know. If I knew I.."

"I didn't want you to know. I don't want anyone to know." I tell her and she looks down.

"Just..don't drink anything today, okay? A lot guys will use that to hook up with girls." I say and she nods slowly.

"Okay, I promise." Avery says and I give her a small smile.

I don't know why..but I don't want her to get hurt.

"Victoria?" Avery calls me so I look at her.

"Happy belated birthday." She says and I smile slightly.

"Thanks." I mumble before walking away with Connor again.

"So..you're slowly getting used to her, huh?" He asks as we sit down on the couch, in the middle.

"I guess so.." I mumble.

"You're not hating her anymore?" Connor asks and I groan, making him laugh.

"I never hated her."

It's now about half an hour later and everyone is playing truth or dare. So far it's been pretty boring because most of the people I don't even know.

"Victoria, truth or dare." Some guy says, making me look at him.

"Truth, I guess. I'm too lazy to move right now." I answer with a shrug.

"Okay..tell me, why are you such a bitch and sleep with every girl you see?" He asks, making me scoff.

"What the hell? I've never slept with anyone." I say angrily.

"Oh really? My friend said tha-"

"Oh you shut up! You don't even have any friends." I interrupt Maya and she just glares at me.

"I don't know what's you're problem and why everyone here is making rumors about me but this is just stupid." I yell before sitting back down.

"Just skip me with asking a question, someone else do it for me." I say while crossing my arms.

"Okay, I'll do it." Connor says while patting my shoulder.

"Miss Avery, truth or dare?" He asks while wiggling his eyebrows with a grin.

"Um..dare, I guess?" Avery answers with a shrug.

"You have to spin the bottle and whoever it lands has to go with you into the supply closet for five minutes." He says and her eyes widen.

"O-okay." She mumbles and someone hands her a plastic bottle.

I don't really know how I should find this dare..

Avery takes the bottle, puts it on the floor and then spins it around. Everyone watches the bottle until it slowly lands on..me.

I look up to Avery and she's already looking at me with wide eyes. We just stare at each other until everyone cheers which brings us out of our trance.

We slowly get up and walk towards the supply closet. Before she walks to the closet I hear Maya whisper something to her.

"You know you don't have to do anything in there." She whispers, making me really angry.

So I just sigh before walking into the closet, with Avery following me behind.
