*You spent the day together at Castle Byers, later picnicking on a small hill bringing your drawing supplies*
"Will, that looks amazing! Your drawings are amazingly detailed, how do you do that?"

"W-Well I just kinda start and then it just turns out like this, I don't really have a technique-"

*You guys were at his house looking at a few biology books, since idk animals are very interesting (you guys remember how he literally absorbed that animal book when he found dart and wanted to know what he was)*
"Sooo, you're telling me that you really read all of these?"
He's like nodding very proudly while smiling widely

His face is red at this point

*He was talking to another person all day already, and although you weren't really the jealous type, it made you feel a bit heavy inside. So you made your way towards him, taking his hand in the process and holding it while looking at him*
"And then I was- Oh, hey Y/N! What's up?"
You just stay silent and keep looking at him so the other person gets uncomfortable and says their goodbye while slowly making their way outta there
"Y/N? Are you alright?"
Then it strikes him and he grins at you
"Are youuuu... Jealous?"
He asked still grinning

*You were teaching her how to cook, and when she cracked the eggs without any shell falling into the pot (please don't ask I couldn't think of anything better) it got all sweet and stuff*
"And then you just crack it and pour it in- Exactly like that, I'm proud of you! I love you so much!"

"Love? What does... It mean?"
You're just looking at her while smiling softly
"Well, it's like when you really really like someone."
"Like... Like a friend?"
"No-"
"Then what else?"
"Like... What we are. I feel happy when I'm with you, like I'm going to be happy forever just because you're there with me. Also your stomach feels weird. It gets all tingly."
Now a small smile was tugging on her lips
"Then... I think I love you too."

*She was having issues with her family recently, and she needed someone to care for her so she went to your house and stayed there for a few days. Basically, scenario, you're sitting on your bed talking about all the stuff that happened*
"It's just... I don't feel like I'm worth anything. Not with them. But when I'm with you, it feels like I really am somebody. I'm just so glad you're being there with me, I love you."
Freezes, then looks at you
You were already smiling at her and gave her a big ol' hug, putting your chin on her shoulder.
"I love you too :)"
She just whines and plops down onto her back
"I can't believe I just said that, was I too cheesy?"
"Not at all."

Steve

*Basically having a crisis like Max because boy just keeps doubting himself because yeah he's been a jerk but he wants to become a better person*
"No, Y/N, honestly I've messed up so much already. I don't know what to do now, what if I'll be an assh*le to you too? You're the person that cared most for me, if I mess up our relationship as well then I won't know what to do."
"Hey Steve, take it easy. You aren't going to mess anything up, you've only made me happy so far. So please stop being a jerk to yourself. I love you, you dummy."
He just froze
Stops himself from saying anything and just looks at you with his mouth wide open

God please reassure him that he's doing amazing and he doesn't need to doubt himself
"Yes I do, now do you wanna watch a movie?"

Eddie

Afraid that he messed up a gig because his guitar started to make weird noises so they had to get that fixed and there was like a small interruption
"Oh my god everyone's going to hate me for this why did this happen"
"Hey Eddie, don't worry, it wasn't your fault."
"But it still happened, and it was the most embarrassing thing in my life. I messed everything up"
Is very frustrated with himself, brushes his hands through his hair in nervousness
"Eddie stop saying that, I love you. No one gives you the fault, please just realize that."
He goes 0-o
Unexpected
"I-I'm- I love you too."
Walks towards you and engulfs you in a hug :))

Gareth

Okay so Gareth is like a sarcastic person
And often he makes the mistake of going too far
So like if there's a tension in the room with a person he's talking to, sometimes he just takes it a little too far
Which sometimes results in him fighting with said person
Sometimes he wins, sometimes he doesn't, it always changes
After a very intense fight he knocks at your door and you see him like all covered in bruises and a black eye
So you sit him down onto the nearest chair and start treating his wounds
"You shouldn't have said that to him."
"I know."
"Then why did you do it?"
"I don't know."
Sigh
After you accidentally touched a particularly painful part of his face, he hisses while slightly flinching away
"I'm sorry"
"It's fine"
Silence
"I love you, please start taking better care of yourself"
That sentence just woke up everything in his head, and he lifted his head to look up at you
"W-What?"
"You heard me, I love you soooo much"
"Can you please say that again?"
