Mike
The way you're so determined!
You're willing to finish what you started, no matter what. Similar to him! He realized this about you when you guys were looking for Will. He was a best friend to the both of you, so of course you just couldn't sit still about it! He was thankful for you, since the others were being pessimistic.

Will
Your ability to listen.
Will is very sensitive, he has been through stuff nobody should have gone through, especially not at his age. When he vents to you, you don't treat him like the others, like he's a child, you manage to make him feel better about himself every single time. He's just so grateful that you're by his side.

Dustin
That you can make him feel optimistic, no matter the situation.
Dustin has also been through many hard situations, but you've been there with him. No matter what you said, even if you just cracked a joke, you never failed to make him believe that you guys can nail the situation.

Lucas
The way you accept him as the person he is.
Lucas has always been a bit doubtful. He had a lot of problems with his friends because of it, which made him believe that he screwed it up. But you were always there, and managed to encourage him to fix what happened. He appreciates that you know that he doesn't mean bad, but just has a hard time accepting stuff.

El
Your supportiveness!
El has had hard times. She's been through trauma which already ruined her childhood, so you being supportive is just what she needs. Like Mike, you didn't doubt her as the others did when they found her. In fact, you never doubted her. You cheered her on when she used her powers against the mind flayer, which made them a lot more powerful.

Max
Your ability to relieve her stress.
Max has a lot of problems at home, and sometimes it just gets to a point where she just vents to you (which she doesn't do to many people) and you're there to listen! Talking to you about whatever helps her get rid of the thoughts that invade her mind, and it helps her calm down. After she vents, she grins at you, and gives you a big hug.

Steve
That you you don't leave him, no matter how many mistakes he did.
Steve is a guy that has made many mistakes, and he is aware of that. You are too, yet you never judged him for it. But at the same time, you openly tell him when he screwed up. You never sugar-coated anything. But instead of leaving him, you help him and tell him how to avoid making more mistakes. Really glad to have you by his side.

Eddie
He really likes that you're willing to listen to anything he creates. Like he'd ask you to listen to an idea for a melody that popped into his mind and he likes that you're honest with him, he doesn't completely discard the idea though ;))
If it wasn't that much of your style he'd definitely try to continue on the piece and if it's done he'll show it to you and he'd go "what do you think?" and if you're like "I like it a lot!!", he's super proud and smug and tells you that it was the song you didn't like that much.

Maybe your carefree self? I could imagine him playing the drums or any other instrument (I'm 99,9% sure that he doesn't only play the drums) and then you singing to it or literally just vibing and it makes him go :]
