"The thought of going through the same experience?"

"See ya tomorra' mate," Elian waved to Remington as he opened the door. Both of them had pretty much spent the whole day annoying Klaus.

"Ya sure? Ya gotta ge' up ea'ly to catch mey before we leave," Remington asked.

"I 'on't know when I'll see ya next. So yeah, I'll be 'ere outside va airport waiting for ya in va mornin',"

"Awrighty mate, see ya," Remington waved and Elian left, leaving Remington with Klaus.

"I don't think I've ever seen you so sentimental," Klaus commented before flopping down on the bed, "Or annoying."

"Come on, did ya really not like 'im?"

"You two together is not a good combination at all. You almost broke the toilet because you thought it was cool when you put toilet paper into it while holding onto the roll as you flushed it,"

"Ya gotta admit, vat was pre'y funney,"

"At first, a little bit, but-"

"Hah! Even you fought it was funney!" Remington cut him off.

Klaus sat up, "If you'd let me speak, I would have said-"

"No, ya said it was funney,"

Klaus flopped back down, "Believe what you want to I guess." He had a slight grin from Remington's banter.

"Why don' ya like 'im anyways? Ya never gave mey an answa',"

"I told you that I didn't think I could handle another version of you. And I was right," Klaus sat up again.

"Again, I can tell when ya lying, Klausy. And I know 'at isn't va reason,"

Klaus looked down and bit his lip out of nervousness and pulled his legs to himself. He didn't want to say it, knowing how Remington would react, but he decided to give up the act.

"... I remember you telling me about the things people in your past did to you, and I thought that Elian was one of those people," He slowly looked up. Remington stood, agitation growing.

"Why would ya fink of Elian like 'at? If he was one of va people 'at.... did fings ta me, I wouldn't have 'im around. I told you about vat and-"

"This is why I didn't want to tell you the real reason," Klaus was now the one interrupting, "You get defensive and angry."

Remington crossed his arms, "Awright, what do ya fink he did ta mey since ya know everyfing?"

"I thought he was the one that made you get addicted to drugs and alcohol when you were fifteen. Okay? You don't tell me a lot about your past, and you've only really told me slightly about that part, so yeah, I may make some assumptions," Klaus had some tears down his face.

Remington's arm uncrossed and he looked down, "I guess I ain't told ya much about mey. And I know a lot about you." He looked regretful and even scared.

"It's fine Remington, just... I'm sorry for making assumptions about Elian,"

"Well... I'm sorry for neva' telling ya anyfing about mey past," He sat on the bed beside Klaus, "I fink I should tell ya now."

"Maybe wait until we're back home,"

Remington groaned, "I want ta tell ya now. If I don' do it now, I prob'ly won't do it lata'."
