TW: Homophobia

 "...whether it be for real..."

"Did that actually happen?" West asked Lance, they were sitting on a park bench together along with everyone else besides Beatrix, who was sitting by herself with Gene.

"Of course. It had to have been Nixon, Carmen, Vincent, and whoever the hell they're working with," Lance responded as he rubbed his head.

"Can we go to another airport?" Tommy asked, his voice was shaking.

"If it was Carmen and them, then they would just figure out which airport we're going to next and blow that one up too," Kim said, "They won't be scared to cause more damage."

"Lovely," Aishia mumbled.

"I'll call the hotel to see if I can make a deal with them since I already booked us out," Lana added, "After about four days, though, we'll be on our own. I'm not sure if I could pay for all of us to stay in that hotel before we can leave."

"Could we have like more people stay in one room and it'll be the same price? Because if we do that, there will be less rooms,"

"Maybe, but I still couldn't afford it for long," Lana explained.

"Shoot," he mumbled.

"I would help you pay for it but I didn't bring much money," Aven said, "I could ask my parents to see if they will let us stay with them, though, a few of us might have to sleep on the ground."

Mariah shot her head up, "Hey, sleeping on the ground is fun."

"Do you really think they'd let us all stay? Do they even have enough room?" Lana asked.

"Of course they have enough room," Aven said it almost like Lana's question was dumb, "My dad should be fine with it, but my mom will take a little bit more convincing. I'll go call them right now." Aven got out her phone and walked a little ways away from them.

Elian, who was still with the group, whispered to Remington, "'Ey, wha's wrong wif ya mate?" Everyone else was too shocked to notice them conversing.

Remington looked over to Klaus, who was bouncing his legs and hunched over. He looked back over to Elian, "Prob'ly jus' still a bit taken back." Though Remington wasn't sure of this himself, so he got Klaus's attention.

"Ya still finkin' about va airport?"

"That and my parents. They don't know that I'm in a completely different country than the one they left me in,"

"Yeah, but if ya jus-"

"There isn't any way out of this, Remi. I'm dead,"

"Well... las' time ya said ya were dead, and ya fine," Remington grinned to try and lighten the mood.

"You don't know my parents.... And you don't know what they've done," Klaus mumbled.

"Wha' does vat mean?" He started sounding defensive over Klaus.

"Just leave it alone,"

"But-"

"You're not helping me," Klaus finally snapped. Remington frowned and turned away from him.

"Slight good news guys," Aven came back over, "They said they can let you all stay with them until we can get out of here."

"Isn't your family rich? Can't they just get a private jet over here?" Beatrix asked.

"I was getting to that. No, we don't own a private jet. But, my parents are leaving from here in a month on a ship, and my dad thinks he can get us all tickets to get on,"
