The Sun was just setting as Tasha pulled up to the old cabin. Sighing, she tilted her head back on the seat and closed her eyes for a second. She was exhausted. Between the bar, the garage and now the ever growing drama with the club, she didn't know which end was up.

A knock on her window made her jump. Looking at the man standing outside of her door she gave a small smile. Tig opened the door for her and took her bag. No words were said as his arm draped over her shoulders and walked towards the cabin. Once inside, she saw the beat up, defeated faces of the guys caught in the middle of a war. She noticed Jax sitting off on his own, the swelling of his eye and his lip was apparent as she got closer. Taking his chin in his hands she looked it over and sat in the chair near him. "How long is this going to go on?" She asked as she pulled out the suture kit.

His eyes landed on her as he let out the smoke in his lungs slowly. "I have no idea. Feels like every step we take, we're knocked back ten." He said as he winced. "I don't know if we can get through this."

She sighed heavily as that reality sank in. “Why does it feel like we’re reliving history?” The sound of tires on the gravel outside had them on edge until they heard the argument between the Lowmans out front. Tasha chuckled as she looked at Jax. “Looks like Hap found Cam.”

Jax joined his sister in laughter as they heard them arguing. “We’re not like that are we?” he asked.

“Worse.” Opie interrupted with a grin that would challenge the Cheshire cat.

Tasha threw a hand towel at him as she stood. “You’re the worst.” she laughed. Tig handed her a beer as she passed him on her way out to the front of the cabin.

She handed the beer to Happy and pushed him towards the cabin before dragging Cam with her to the back. “You know arguing with him does no good.” she reminded her friend with a smirk.

“Yea I know. I just like getting under his skin.” she smiled wide. “Especially when he thinks I can’t handle myself." The two friends were interrupted by Jax and Happy standing at the back door calling them inside. "Looks like we're being beckoned."

Tasha sighed heavily before groaning to herself. "Is it too late to run? I got a full tank of gas and a go bag in the back."

Before Cam could even say a word, Tig had joined them. "Don't even think about it, doll." He warned. "I'm way too tired to be chasing after you and Louise over here."

She whined as Tig wrapped his arm around her and led her towards the cabin. "I swear y'all are gonna put me in an early grave." She whined.

Through the night Cam and Tasha had been busy tending to wounds and making sure the guys were comfortable. They both were exhausted and probably could fall asleep where they stood if they stopped long enough to let the fatigue take over. Happy watched as the girls stretched and took a break. "You think they need a break?" He asked Jax.

Jax followed Happy's line of sight and he too saw the exhaustion on the two. Sighing he leaned back into the chair he had claimed and thought it over. "You think they'd be safe?"

Happy shrugged. "Tasha is tight with Alvarez and Cam has her own contacts that could keep them safe."

Jax thought about it and shrugged. "If I didn't have to worry about keeping them safe, we could get ahead with this."

It was settled. In the morning, they would talk to the girls about getting out of Charming for a vacation. They needed it and truthfully deserved it with everything that they'd been doing for the club. The sacrifices they both made weren't unnoticed. Now trying to figure out where they were going to send them was the only thing on Jax and Happy’s minds.
---

Cam stretched out as her body finally found a bed. "I swear if another doesn't change soon, I'm going to end up a murderous mess."

"As opposed to the bright sunshiny person you already are?" Tasha teased as she grabbed a Hopefully clean shirt out of her go bag. At the smirk she received from Cam she snorted and slapped her friend's leg. "Cmon, the guys needed us in on their meeting."

When the girls joined the guys around the old hand crafted table that sat in the middle of the cabin, they were already discussing the girls leave. "If we send them north, it'll give us more freedom to do what we have to do."

"Wait, who's going north?" Cam asked as she took her place by Jax.

Jax and Happy both had a smirk on their faces at the question. "You and Tasha. You're going to go up to Tacoma to visit Lee."

Tasha groaned at the idea. "I have a bar to run and Cam has a business she needs to take care of." She reminded them. "Can't just pick up and take off for God knows how long."

Jax smirked at the girls' protest. "We already have it all covered. Cam's business can be done on the road and we can help with the bar."

"Not a fucking chance." She flat out denied. "If you all are left with my bar, I'll come back to nothing."

"And why would you think we want to go up to Tacoma. We're fucking exhausted." Cam added. "All I want is my bed, a bottle of tequila and you and sleep for a God damn month."

Tasha agreed. "Yea, what she said. Only with you." She huffed looking at her old man. "This shit has us both exhausted. We need rest, not travel."

"Fine. Then you both stay here and we'll go back to the clubhouse." Tig piped up.

"I can beef up security surveillance and make sure you guys are safer here." Juice added.

Cam looked at Tasha with a heavy sigh. "Well Thelma, looks like we're on vacation."

Tasha snorted and got up from her seat. "Well then in that case, I'm going to have a nice LONG nap. Anyone disturbs me, they lose their most precious part of them."

Juice looked around the table after Tasha had excused herself, "Was that Tasha or Gemma?"

Jax shook his head with a shudder. "I honestly couldn't tell you lately."

Happy leaned back and ran a hand over his bald head. "She's been like that since the bar took a hit." He explained.

"You realize that you all bringing this shot into her bar is what's costing her the damn thing, right?" Cam piped up. "When she opened it, it was something for her that didn't have anything to do with you. But in true SAMCRO fashion, you bled into it."

As they argued over the bar, Tasha dropped onto the bed and hung her head. The weight of everything was starting to take a toll on not only her mind, but now her body. She didn't dare tell them that the stress of it all was making the thought of abandoning everything g SAMCRO more appealing everyday. Her phone buzzed on the table, breaking her out of her thoughts.

when you wake up, meet me out back.

Tasha sighed and laid back on the bed. Cam had a plan and she could almost guarantee that it would end with the two of them in serious hot water with the club, but she just didn't care. Not right now.
