Hope ya like it, DollHappy walked through the house to hear squeals of excitement. As he got closer to the noise, his head cocked to the side when he saw the woman he loved sitting on the bathroom floor. "What's going on?" He asked as he chuckled at the way she jumped.
She scrambled off the floor and grabbed the little stick from the floor and shoved it in his face. "We did it." She gushed.
Happy took the test from her and creased his brow as he looked at it. His eyes went to her and looked into her eyes. "This for real?" He asked.
She nodded her head enthusiastically. "As real as it can be without seeing the doc."
A smile slowly spread onto his lips as it sunk in. "I knocked you up?"
She nodded again and bit back happy tears. They had been trying for close to a year now and went through test after test with nothing. Now it was finally happening. They were finally starting their family.
He leaned down and kissed her hard, pulling her into him. His hand running down her back and over her ass, lifting her. Growling as he did so, his face burying Into her neck. "I fucking love you."
She giggled as she held onto him. "Love you too, killer."
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆It had been a few weeks since they had found out they were expecting and they were currently sitting in the doctor's office, waiting for the results of some blood work. Happy sighed as he leaned back in his chair. It was a long night the night before and he had very little sleep. She had been up at the crack of dawn cleaning, but when she went to shower, she noticed some spotting.
He felt her shift again and turned his head to look at her. She was fidgeting, something she only did when she was nervous. He reached for her hand and gave it a squeeze. "Everything will be ok." He assured her.
When her name was called, he was asked to stay behind as they did the initial exam. She laid on the table like she was asked and waited. Her heart was in her throat as they brought Happy in and began the ultrasound. Her hand searching out Happy's as the doctor was trying to find the heartbeat.
Her stomach dropped as the words she was fearing came from the doctor's lips. "I'm sorry, but there's no heartbeat." He sighed and wiped to goo off her belly.
Happy helped her sit up and wrapped an arm around her, trying desperately to understand what happened. He saw her wipe her eyes as the doctor began to speak again.
“Sometimes we never know the reason why a pregnancy isn’t viable, but it doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you.” he explained. “I’m prescribing something to help the process, and I can get you in touch with someone to talk to. I know you have been trying for some time now.” He excused himself to get what he needed, leaving Charley and Happy alone.
Charley looked to Happy, her eyes full of tears. “I’m sorry.” she whispered, her voice cracking as the tears flowed.
Happy’s heart broke at the sight of the woman he loved apologizing for something that was out of her control. He knew she was doing all the right things and that sometimes this kind of thing happens. “Don’t apologize.” he said as he pulled her into him tighter. “You did nothing wrong.” Kissing the top of her head he rubbed her back.

It had been almost three weeks since the miscarriage and they had barely talked to one another. Each one working through the pain and disappointment in their own way. Happy sat at the bar, working on his fifth beer when he felt Gemma’s presence beside him. “You’re not careful, you’re gonna lose her, baby.” she warned.
Happy turned to look at her as he chewed on his toothpick. “I don’t know what to do, Gem. She won’t let me near her. She won’t even talk to me.” he huffed.
Gemma pursed her lips and eyed him down. “Have you honestly tried?”
Happy hung his head. He knew that he could try a little harder. But how was he going to tell her that he was disappointed too? They had tried for months and finally got what they wanted, only to have it ripped away. How was he going to do that? It was only going to hurt her more. “I don’t know what to say.”
Gemma patted his arm, giving him a sympathetic smile. “Sometimes just being there, it’s more than anything you can say.” she said. She touched his cheek and gave it a pat before she stood and walked over to where her husband was.
Sighing heavily, he pulled his phone out and made a call.

Charley laid on the couch, their dog Lou laying on her legs. Her eyes fly open when she heard the familiar rumble of a motorcycle pulling into the driveway. "Well Lou, looks like daddy finally decided to show up." She sighed as she sat up and went to move to the kitchen to get dinner started.
When Happy walked into the house he immediately searched out his old lady. When he found her in the kitchen, his arms wrapped around her and pulled her i to a tight embrace. She fought at first, feeling the anger and disappointment, but soon molded into him. She finally let go of what could have been and let the tears flow freely. He pulled her away from him so he could look I to her eyes. "I love you, little girl."
She sniffled and looked into his dark eyes and saw the most sincere look she had ever seen from him. "I'm sorry."
He pulled her back into him and lifted her into his arms carrying her to the bedroom and laying her down onto the bed. He slipped off his cut and boots and slipped onto bed beside her.
She snuggled into his side, head resting on his chest. Feeling the safety of his arms she drifted off into a restful slumber. Something she hadn't had in weeks.

ONE YEAR LATER…Charley lay in bed a smile on her face as she watched Happy pick up their son from the bassinet beside the bed. They had tried again and this time it was successful. Happy was by her side through the whole thing. Doctors visits, scans, baby shopping… everything. He caught some shit from the guys but he let it roll.
Charley felt her heart swell at the thought of her perfect little family, just as Lou pranced in the room and made himself comfortable on Happy's side, keeping a watchful eye on his family.
