Chapter 5

LIZZIE'S POV:
Chris, Paul and I all agree on buying Chinese for everyone once we finish this scene as it's been a pretty hard day on set and especially with Ry acting the way she is I don't want to have to put her down so I can cook as it's my day to cook. I go over and as soon as I reach Scar and Ry I get told the reason Riley was freaking out was because she had had a bad dream. My heart breaks for her. Ry hardly ever gets nightmares but I'm always there for her when she does get them but this one she was all alone for. I tell Scar about us getting Chinese and she goes to fetch Riley's buggy so it's one less thing for me to do. I honestly don't know what I would do without Scar. If I didn't have her I think I might have had to quit being an actor because I just wouldn't have the time. Ry is adorable and loving but she isn't the easiest toddler. She was always fussy as a baby not wanting milk from certain bottles and then only wanting one blanket when she slept. I guess I thought she'd grow out of it but she hasn't. I guess she just loves her mamma!
Scar pushes the buggy towards us with a blanket as it's quite chilly outside. I manage to get Ry's shoes on easily enough and her coat was simple. She loves her coat as it matches mine so she's happy to wear it if I am. Chris E walks over and sits on the chair to tie the laces on his trainers. I got changed earlier as I finished the scene before Chris E and Paul. I bend down and get Ry in the buggy but she keeps wriggling around trying to get comfy so I cant buckle her in. "Baby just sit still a minute" I say trying to get the strap over her arm but she moves her arm out the way. I've had a really long day and I haven't got the patience to fight with her. I know it's bad that I have no energy for my own child but you try doing stunts and scenes all day. It gets you tired! "Ry sit still please" I say holding her arm still so I can wiggle the strap over her arm. I do the same for the other and manage to get her buckled in. I drape the blanket over her and grab her little cap for if there are any Paparazzi outside but she's also in a mood so takes it off straight away. "Honey you need this on please" I say putting it back on her. She waits a minute before taking it off again. There are photo's of Ry already on the internet but I don't like it when they get my little girl's face in photos. I managed to hide her from her being a newborn to about six months but she started to get bigger so I had to change the style of buggy I had meaning her face was now open to photos.

Anyway she keeps refusing to wear the cap so Chris E says he'll try and divert any paparazzi that might be there. We open the backdoor to set and walk out. It's about 6pm so a cool breeze hits us which is refreshing seen as we've been inside filming. Ry's been outside already which is good because she gets very cranky if she's cooped up inside all day.

I push the buggy around the corner and we are met by lots of people with flashing cameras. There are more than we expected to be honest so I'm really regretting not fighting for Ry to wear the hat. Chris stops me before they can see us. "Do you want to turn around? We can if you want. I know you hate it when they get photos of Ry" Chris says but I shake my head. I really fancy Chinese. "Maybe you could carry her and hide her face?" I suggest and he agrees.

CHRIS'S POV:
I bend down to get Riley out making sure her blanket is wrapped around her as it's chilly out but she starts whimpering a little. "She's being really clingy today" Liz says taking her from me. "Maybe you could push her buggy?" she says smiling a little. I nod and we head down towards the crowd of paparazzi, Liz hiding Ry's face as much as she can and me pushing the buggy. There are a few fans in the crowd so we take a few pictures with them but I know Liz and Ry are hungry so we don't stop for long. As we start to walk out of the crowd of paparazzi someone grabs Ry's arm. It's a big, strong looking man who is trying so hard to get a photo of Ry's face. "What the fuck do you think you're doing!?" Lizzie yells loudly. "Get your hands off my daughter!" she yells again in his face. I rush back over and guide Liz away from him. Ry is crying in her arms as the dude grabbed her arm pretty hard. "I cant believe what the paparazzi has come to! Trying to grab my daughter to get a photo" Lizzie mumbles rocking Ry gently as we keep walking to the small Chinese shop.
