prologue.

The boy huffed out some air, he finally made it outside his best friends house, he brushed his hair back and hesitated to knock on the door as rain poured all over him.

between the sounds of raining hitting the concrete and the wind blowing loudly, there were a sound of little whimpers and sobs coming from the inside of his friends house, which quickly caught the Australians attention.

he felt so bad for his best friend, he had his heart broken so many times by the same person, yet always chose to go back.

"i knew this was gonna happen, again." jake mumbled under his breath, he sighed and knocked on the door, he stood there for awhile but no answer.

he knocked again and the same, the sounds of cries stopped and all the boy could hear were the rain.

jake was about to knock again, but he had a notification coming from his phone. he grabbed his phone out and checked who messaged.

Jakey you knocked right? i'm okay don't worry! go home ok? i want to be alone for awhile.

euijoo:
You didn't have to come and check on me, i'm fine! i'm used to it.

euijoo:
I'm gonna take a quick nap!

i brought some ice cream, but i'll leave it on the doorknob since you want your alone time!

there's so much i have to thank you for but i'm getting too sleepy.

just rest, get lots of sleep, you must be exhausted, and make sure to get the ice cream i left you!

something about euijoo made jake confused, he was being too sweet, which the aussie wasn't used to but he decided to just brush off that weird feeling because what could've possibly happen?
