Mathews (P.O.V)
So right now, I am in the middle of Maths and for once I am actually trying to listen to the teacher. I am really failing at maths at this point in time. So I ask Isabella who is next to me to help me. After she explains it to me I try the next question that is on the board and wow Isabella is a great tutor I worked out the answer straight away. After half an hour the bell rang signally us to go to our next class. Just before Isabella leaves I tap on her shoulder and she turns around and says "yes", very shyly I ask "I'm not really good at maths and I was wondering if you could help me with improving my grades for maths." She replied back with a confident smile "sure". "How about we start studying at my house after school we can walk their if you like?" "That sounds great." "Hey can I see your schedule" she asks. "Sure only if I can see yours" as we exchange schedules we also exchange looks "we've got all the same classes" we say in union. "Come on I'll show you to home room." I say. As soon as we get to the home room girls start swooning over me while boys give me death glares. As I look back over to Isabella once again she is getting pushed over by the girls and looks upset. I watch as Isabella walks away and finds to empty seats. Once the teacher walks in the girls move away and I go take my seat next to Isabella and flash her a smile and of course she smiles back. As the teacher walks in she starts talking about the winter festival ball. She starts by saying "the winter festival ball is a masquerade ball so you have to wear a mask if you don't you won't be able to enter. Rule number 2 boys have to ask the girls out and then the boys have to place this bracelet on the girls so no other boys ask the same girl out. That is all so boys go find your princess.
After she said that I was thinking of who I could ask out, unfortunately I had I love triangle it is now between Isabella or Summer. After we went out Isabella and I met up with the rest of the group (Thalia and Summer) Unfortunately Summer was wearing one of those bracelets which meant she already has been asked out and accepted so now I am going to ask out Isabella.
Isabella's (P.O.V)
As I heard the news of the ball I hoped that Mathew would ask me to go with him but I am pretty sure he is going to ask Summer because I think he has a crush on her. I mase well go and by a dress and mask anyway. As we met up with the gang the bell rang signalling for us to go home. So all of us went our different ways while me and Mat walked home to his house. When I got their I was breath taken by the view at least in every-single room there was one chandelier. As Mat saw me looking at the house with aw he said "it's nice isn't it." I replied back "no.... It is better than nice." Then we both giggled and went upstairs into his bedroom because he had his own study. Once I went inside his study I murmured "wow I wish my study looked like this." "So Mat" he interrupted me "aw how cute you gave me a nickname." When he said that I blushed and then he said "you look cute when you blush" which made me blush harder so I tried to cover it with my sleeve. I started again " so Mathew what do you need help on?" He replied I don't understand the long division so I started helping him.
Mathews (P.O.V)
After she helped me I said "thank you" and wow her lessons helped me a lot. After a while she asked "need help with anything else?" "No thank you" I said. Then she asked "what's the time?" "6:30" "I better get going" said Isabella. As she was about to open the door, I grabbed her hand and very quickly said wouldyouliketogototheballwithme? My heart was pounding in my chest Oh GOD I hope she says yes " Pardon" she said. This time I slow downed an repeated w would y you like to got to the ball with me? I said stuttering like a 5 year old.
Isabella's (P.O.V)
OMG he just said to me would you like to go to the ball? I squealed "yes" like a two year old and hugged him.
Mat (P.O.V)
She said YES I can't believe it. After that I asked her for her phone number so that I can text her the details like when I am going to pick her up. I know that the ball is six weeks away but I can't help but feel excited. After this I say " I will now escort you home" and she replies back "thank you very much kind sir." As soon as we get out the door Isabella's jaw drops. Of course being the gentleman I am I ask her "what's wrong" all that she can say is "we are next door neighbours." We yell in Union "yes." I am now standing at her front door saying good night and as i Di I kiss her on the forehead and she blushes she also says good night. Then I walk back home,
Isabella's (P.O.V)
As I walk upstairs into my bedroom my mum yells out "you will explain why you were absent tomorrow ok?" "Yes mum" as I go into my bedroom I have a shower and get dressed into my pyjamas. Then I get a text from Mat saying "night" I text back to him "night can u see my balcony from ur balcony?" 2 mins later I get a text saying "yes" "ok have a good sleep" I reply another 2 mins later I get a text saying "u 2"
