Your p.o.v

Tanjiro sliced his boulder which means he gets to go to final selection, Urokodaki told me I could go with him, so I had to try and train as much as possible.

I was trying to beat my record of how long I can stay in a handstand until tanjiro came up behind me which scared the hell out of me,

"Hi Y/n!" He exclaimed behind me, making me lose my balance and falling to the ground.

"AH" I landed face first into the sand and Tanjiro started getting super worried saying things like

'OMG Y/N ARE YOU OKAY?' or apologising way to many times 'i'm so sorry y/n..' And I had to keep reassuring him that i'm fine

"So tomorrow we're going to final selection, are you nervous?" I asked, in all honesty, I was pretty nervous myself, I mean who wouldn't be, you're basically just going into a forest with a bunch of man-eating demons who haven't eaten for who knows how long.

He sat down beside me, giving me a smile in the process "Maybe a little bit, but, I need to do it, for Nezuko.." I smiled, Tanjiro is overly kind, I just hope doesn't get hurt because of it.

But I know we'll be able to do this, I looked back at him and he just gave me another smile, but this time, I felt heat creep up onto my cheeks. 'Stop it y/n ! You're just friends' I thought to myself.

Tanjiro's p.o.v

I think it's great y/n has been trying her hardest to become a demon slayer, but I don't want her to get hurt. I'm sure she can handle herself but i'm still worried.

Your p.o.v

As the sunset, I grew more nervous and nervous, the night sky was beautiful, but not beautiful enough to take my mind off of tomorrow. I know for a fact that Tanjiro will be able to pass but am i strong enough to pass? I decided to just try and sleep
